The Sorbetto is amazing. I saw a stand for this at Phoenix's First Friday event and I got the vegan vanilla bean and coconut. It was so light and just the perfect sweetness without being too sweet. It also tasted very natural. They had a lot of flavors and they're all gluten and dairy free and I believe most of it is vegan if not all vegan. When I first tried LuLu's, I got the Blood Orange flavor. It was good, but no different than any other sorbets. Then I tried the Vanilla Bean at the Vegetarian Festival, and mind = blown! It was creamy, not icy, and reminded me of mi abuelita's homemade ice cream from my childhood. I have since also tried the Pure Chocolate, which is also tasty and creamy, but the Vanilla Bean is my absolute favorito! They are all natural and all vegan! Their storefront is dangerously (for my waistline) close to my home. Their website states that you should call them ahead of time for any orders. Oh my goodness, I had Lulu's while walking around an art festival in Old Town Scottsdale this past weekend and it was just what this momma-to-be needed! Fruit has been a REAL thing on the craving list for the past 8.5 months and this gluten free, dairy free sorbetto was basically like eating frozen fresh fruit! I love that it is made locally. I got the fresh mango and the mixed berry - the perfect combo of tart and sweet. My ONLY complaint is that it was a little soft but the flavor made up for it. You can find it at AJ's! I tried Lulu's at the food and wine festival, and WOW. It's so refreshing and delicious. I got the blueberry lemonade and I've never had sorbet like this, or even so good! My boyfriend had the mango, which I tried as well, and it's like eating a fresh mango. It's a nice change from any artificial flavors a different place would offer. Tried LuLu's Italian ice at a festival, and it was the perfect way to cool off in the hot sun. They offer several refreshing flavors, such as blood orange creamsicle, strawberry lemon, and coconut. We tried some of the pina colada, and had a 12 oz. creamsicle. They both had a great fruity flavor, and the Italian ice itself was a nice, finely ground texture. Prices were $4 for 9 oz., and $5 for 12 oz. P.S. I'm a bit irked that the owner, 2 years after this review, instead of focusing on the good things I write about his product, is focusing on the semantics of my sentences. So out of all the good things I write about your product, the only thing you have to say is a criticism of my description of the texture of your Italian ice? Let me say again, the texture of the product tasted finely ground, I am not professing that your product is made from ice. Finally tried LuLu's last night at the PPM. This was after Joe had been taunting me our last 3 visits with a sample. I finally caved and got a sample last night (after seeing someones ice up close). I hired Joe for a corporate event and it was a smash hit with my client. I went to meet Joe for a tasting at the warehouse. I did not expect a Warehouse for the tasting but as soon as I met Joe he put me at ease. He was so welcoming and wanted me to be happy with all the events flavors and let me taste everything and helped me to put together items that would appeal to a large company. I was just amazed at all the different flavors I loved. Even ones I don't normally eat were amazing. The executives I brought back the samples for immediately approved my proposed event. Joe set up early, was gracious to every guest and was amazing to work with. And I was able to put signs up for the event that stated that the Sorbetto Employee Appreciation Day was vegan, sugar/dairy/egg/soy free so we weren't excluding a single employee that we wanted to show appreciation for that day.
