During the grand opening, free punch, snack food, and prizes were made available along with your first game and show rental being free. I arrived on Saturday morning around 8am and it was already packed with the bowling teams and their families so I found a nearby chair along the wall to sit and watch the teams bowl. The huge, digital display above the pins made it easy for everyone to keep track of the scores and whenever there were any issues, the staff would come and quickly resolve the problem. Even though the tournament was going on, they still offered lanes at the other end of the bowling alley for people to come in and bowl leisurely, which I thought was very nice. VSU bowled very well and ended up being awarded First Place in the Northern Division. My daughter was awarded Highest Scorer in the Northern Division as well. It was a phenomenal weekend and I'm so glad I was able to attend.

Me and my friends went here while on vacation, we were treated with disrespect and less kindly than…read morethe adult customers. The food takes way too long to come out even though its concession food and the worker was rude. Our lane broke and we waited for it to work for about 10 minutes before asking for help once we asked for help it took them way too long to come over. Once the worker came to fix it he looked annoyed to do his job, it took overall twenty minutes or longer to get our lane fixed, while it was broken the lane gave one of us a strike despite no pins being hit. While sitting and waiting for assistance there was another person near out tabel vaping inside around kids and other guests. Honestly not worth anyone's time and I'm extremely dissatisfied. The only positive was the food was good but not worth the wait.
