The inside has a mixture of booths and tables, and certain birthday parties can even have private rooms. There's couches scattered about for adults to supervise while the younger ones jump and play. The bathrooms are in the back left corner of the lower level. The snack bar has a wide variety of hot and cold items available. There were so many different play options inside this facility so I felt comfortable that both of my littles would have areas that were age appropriate. We went on a Friday night, and I was surprised at how empty it felt, but this place is large so everyone has space to not feel jam packed. There was laser tag, a zip line, a adventure course in the zip line area, a trampoline "ninja-esque" zone with ball pit, a mega trampoline jump space, a trampoline runway, and many other individual trampoline themed areas throughout. One of my favorite trampoline areas had a foam arm on a pivot that you either had to jump over or lay flat under so it didn't knock you over. This is not an every weekend experience due to the cost, but I did feel like it was a safe place for a group to be at and would come back in the future.

If you are a parent who needs to work on the side and using the counter table and chair, it can be a bit of a mess and you might need to clean. They don't get used much so it can be overlooked. The top counter needs to be dusted periodically. It is covered by a thick dust if you wipe it. You won't notice it at first because of the colour of the counter but if you put something on it, you will bring with you dust bunnies. Need to check on toilet paper too. ;) Beside from that, staff are nice and rely do their job. It's a big place so I know some areas can be missed sometimes.

They informed me that even though there were 0 sessions used after my stay there that they would not give me a refund and instead offer me credits, which is unacceptable. I had to reach out to my bank to file a dispute and route the necessary support documentation. I'm leaving a review because of the horrible customer service that was presented.

I had paid for ice cream for all guests, but only after the party started was I told they were out. I was advised mid party to buy something next door at Food Lion so my husband went to get ice cream--only for the manager to confront me in front of guests saying I couldn't serve it due to policy. After an embarrassing back‑and‑forth, they eventually allowed it, but the damage was done. My son's party was disrupted, and my guests witnessed unnecessary conflict. To make matters worse, billing confusion at the end left me feeling accused of not covering a guest, only for it to later be revealed as a miscommunication that left me feeling awkward because the venue involved the other family by calling them.
