Instead of just dropping me at the dealership, he spotted the nail in my tire, called around to local shops, and personally made sure I got the best, most affordable option. He even walked inside with me to confirm pricing and service before unloading my car. Because of him, what could have cost me hundreds turned into a $20, 20-minute fix at a local shop. She was very rude in her customer service skills when I addressed how the text notification I received about the status of the tow truck went from 3-33 minutes update to being pushed back to 45 minutes. It makes it seem like they pushed back my towing service in order to wait for 511 to take my car off the highway. I have no waiting a little over an hour and now no 511 or Ornelas towing. They are contracted through State Farm, my insurance.
