After spending the entire day trying to reach someone, I was finally told they were closed and that I would have to try again tomorrow. When a company has possession of someone's vehicle, customers should at least be able to reach someone or receive a return call. This was a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable, and I hope they improve their responsiveness so other customers don't have the same experience.
