When you first walk in there is a small sitting area and a check in counter. The lady took our name down and said a table for two would be ready in 5 minutes. We ended up waiting at least 10 minutes. We were seated in a comfortable booth and were greeted by our waitress within 2 minutes. She was very nice and took our order. The restaurant is full and it is pretty loud in here. There is no music playing in the background. We must be sitting near the kitchen because you hear lots of plate clinging noises. So I would not recommend this restaurant if you wear a hearing aid. My husband drinks a lot of water When we dine out, we always ask for a carafe or pitcher but she says they don't have any here. But the waitress did gave him a large cup which was nice. They have high chairs stacked in the corner. There was a family with a strolled parked by their table so there is plenty of room for that and I love that this restaurant is family friendly. There are plenty of table options. Booths, square tables that seat 4, round tables that seat 5 and a long booths against the wall with several small tables with chairs on the opposite side of the table that can seat a group of 10 or 5 individual couples. My husband ordered the Corned Beed Hash and eggs and loved it! Definitely worth the $14 price tag! I ordered the American cheese and protein skillet. It was really good! I chose the turkey sausage and eggs over easy. You get 4 eggs and lots of turkey sausage cup up into bit sized pieces. The pancakes have powdered sugar on them and are pretty large! The food taste really good and is definitely worth the money! We both left the restaurant full and satisfied and definitely recommend dining here if your in the area looking for a breakfast or lunch place!

Wonderful breakfast with my daughter! Light fluffy pancakes and a huge omelette! She had the veggie skillet and it was huge and tasty as well. The service was wonderful, attentive, but not overwhelming. The restaurant is bright and clean and in good condition. Plenty of parking and seating.

We came here early morning and the restaurant was pretty empty and we were seated immediately. I had the florentine benedict and a 1/2 order of biscuit and gravy, husband had a skillet and I got a kids meal with a little bit of everything for my toddler. Holy moly, the portion sizes here are huge. I've never had a benedict with 3 eggs or a skillet with 4 eggs! My daughter's kids meal was more than enough food for an adult. Prices are decent, so I guess it's a good value since you do end up with leftovers for another meal. I thought the biscuit and gravy was too salty so I probably won't order that again. Service was quick and friendly. They do charge an extra fee for using a credit card!

Pretty good customer service. The place is spacious and clean. The menu isn't too overwhelming, I would like to see more options for non meat eaters but other than that they have a good variety of breakfast and lunch. I would go here for a business meeting or a lunch date with a friend. I definitely would go back. The food was ok, it wasn't bad. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and smoked salmon toast. The pancakes were ok, I enjoyed the smoked salmon toast. I would order the toast again, I'm obsessed with smoked salmon *sigh*. I wanted to try the Dutch baby but on the menu it said it would take a while to cook and we didn't have a lot of time to spare so I opted for regular pancakes. I can't wait to go back in the future and try more menu items.

Apple orchard turkey sandwich with waffle fries

We came at about 10:45 on Sunday. Was quite busy which is to be expected. I got the signature waffle, 5/5 stars. My boyfriend got the apple orchard turkey sandwich with waffle fries. 3/5 stars, turkey was very dry. Was pretty loud in there especially being seated by a party but we were sat in a booth and people watching during our wait. Overall we enjoyed just maybe avoid the turkey unless you like it dry. $33 for the two of us with just the 2 food items.

The pork belly, ciabatta, and balsamic were all good individually, but together the flavors just didn't work. It felt mismatched... * Colorado lamb kebab: 10/10. This is one of the more $$ entrées on the menu, but it's absolutely worth it. The portion was generous, the lamb was high quality, and the artichoke pesto paired really well with the rich, gamey flavor. The roasted pearl onions were a great addition too. I would definitely recommend this dish. * Foxtail paella: 8/10 flavorful orzo paella loaded with seafood. Definitely a sharing type of entree! Always a great time at Foxtail with great food and great service!

You could drive right by thinking it was a vacant building except for all the cars in the lot. The notion of vacant building is dispelled immediately upon entry. The place is busy, loud, vibrant with customers clearly enjoying the food and experience. The interior is decorated simply, with muted colors, is well lit, and clean. There are a lot of hard surfaces which makes the ambient noise level fairly high; however, it did not detract from the experience (but just be advised in case you feel this is bothersome). We were greeted warmly and though the place was packed, we were seated quickly. Despite the diner-like vibe, there is no counter, just tables and booths. Our server was prompt, very pleasant, and efficient. The coffee was hot and flavorful. The food: Large portions, well prepared, warm, savory, satisfying. The loaded Cheers omelette, with hash browns and pancakes, was more food than I could enjoy in one sitting so I have leftovers for tomorrow. Prices are in line with more reasonably priced independent eateries. A two-egg, hash browns, pancake combo is $14. This place will be an option in the future.

This place has gone through a number of makeovers over the years but it is decidedly a sports bar vibe where you enter the space and traditional restaurant in the back area. Overall a very casual and lively vibe. We waited about 15 minutes with a packed house and were seated in the restaurant portion in a very spacious booth. Our server was prompt, courteous, pleasant, and efficient--attentive but not overly so. The food was excellent with very ample portions at reasonable pricing with many options under $20. I will say they could skip the bread basket before your meal comes out and just put it into giving you a side with the sandwiches versus charging you $2 for each side added. That being said the food came out promptly, was warm, and very satisfying. Hopefully Chuck's keeps value for customers' hard earned buck in mind and they will continue to do well.

They also feature an extensive craft beer selection. I went with the seasonal Abita Bad Mother Shucker Stout, which was a fun nod to Mardi Gras and a solid stout choice for the occasion. For my entrée, I ordered the Mardi Gras Platter ($32.99). It included: * Choice of soup (I chose the seafood chowder) * Shrimp Creole * Jambalaya * Chicken Étouffée * Crawfish & Shrimp Monica * Broccoli The restaurant was busy, which is understandable for Fat Tuesday, but our food took quite a while to arrive. The soup was delivered at the same time as the platter. In my opinion, the soup should have come out first. Ironically, the seafood chowder ended up being the highlight of the meal--rich, flavorful, and well-balanced. Unfortunately, by the time I finished the soup and moved on to the platter, most of it was only room temperature. The items were layered and grouped together in a way that made it unclear what paired with what. The chicken was noticeably overcooked and lacked depth of flavor. It tasted as though Cajun seasoning had simply been sprinkled on top rather than developed into the dish. Overall, the platter lacked the bold, authentic Cajun flavor profile I was expecting. The Crawfish & Shrimp Monica was advertised as coming in a bowl but was served in what amounted to a cup-sized portion. The menu description listed Cajun Alfredo sauce, crawfish, crab, blackened shrimp, pasta, Parmesan cheese, and broccoli. After mixing in the Parmesan, I searched for the seafood components and found none--no visible crab, crawfish, or blackened shrimp in the pasta. I mentioned this to the bartender, who said they would bring some out to add in. A few minutes later, three Cajun shrimp were delivered. There was still no crab or crawfish. While the Alfredo sauce and pasta themselves were very good, the absence of the advertised proteins significantly hurt the dish. Had I ordered the Crawfish & Shrimp Monica on its own for $24.99 and received the same portion and lack of seafood, I would have been extremely disappointed. Overall, while the concept and menu sounded promising for Mardi Gras, the execution--especially at that price point--left a lot to be desired.
