Joon was the photographer at our wedding, and we could not have asked for a more professional, easy person to work with who delivered exceptional quality within our budget. We were referred to Joon by another photographer, and I was originally looking to book Joon for an engagement photoshoot. I had been planning the engagement for around midday, and while Joon said he could certainly deliver, he advised that the sunlight would be harsh and potentially make for unflattering lighting. His feedback prompted me to change my proposal plans to a different day and location in NorCal. Several months later, when we locked in our venue in SoCal, I remembered Joon's helpful advice, reached out, and booked him for our wedding! On the wedding day, Joon arrived early to scout the location, did a "first look" with me and my partner at some beautiful spots he had picked out, and shot tirelessly throughout the 4 hours. He was always available and amenable when we asked to take certain photos with friends and family. He also captured so many candid moments that were fun to look back on, including some that my partner and I missed during the whirlwind of the day. For those who aren't comfortable in front of a camera, Joon does a great job of providing direction. After the wedding, Joon sent about a dozen preview photos within a week or so to check his editing style. Everything looked great at that point. My partner and I ultimately received several hundred edited photos about 3 weeks after the wedding. We were so pleased with how everything turned out. We actually found him as a referral from another photographer who was unavailable for our wedding date, and could not have been more pleased. My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with Joon's work and services. We hired him for a full day, 10-hour wedding photography service. Our wedding included a tea ceremony, Catholic Church wedding, and it ended with a wedding reception at Vintage Rose in Orange. From the very beginning of our conversations via email, Joon was already very eager and prompt in responding to whatever questions and concerns I had. I was very concerned that my husband and I would not have enough time to take romantic pictures because of our busy wedding day schedule, but Joon was able to develop a manageable timeline for us. He gave us support and reassurance that we would have the pictures that we wanted despite the hectic timeline of the day. On the day of our wedding, Joon and his colleague came in early and on-time. They were already taking pictures of our venue and our guests, as we had previously discussed.
