Our wedding ended up being during the first hurricane to ever hit Los Angeles and we had to move it within 24 hours, which was so stressful. And, because we had to deal with moving our entire wedding, she gifted us a drone video service as well, which was above and beyond and really speaks to how dedicated and kind her team is. Heather was so beyond flexible and accommodating with us as our date changed and changed again, and hung on with us until 2022 when we finally were able to have our special day on April 9th. Just to reiterate, we booked her in SUMMER OF 2019. That is true dedication. I know many other "COVID brides" who struggled with coordinating date changes with vendors, so I am so thankful that Heather always made it work for us and kept a positive attitude about everything. As far as her actual work, Heather made us feel so comfortable both during our engagement shoot and the wedding (we are shy, nerdy people who are not comfortable in front of a camera). We don't have good couple shoots in our wedding and all the pictures from our wedding are taken with a weird angle like convex pictures. Guests and us look stupidly weird. Non the guests liked their pictures and the sad thing is we spent a lot in our wedding and we don't even have good shots neither as couple nor as guests. We had the videographer for 7 hours and we only got 6 min long video and the rest were video clips under 1 mins. Imagine having 200 one min video clips out of 7 hours. THE WORST!!!!!
