We took the hour ferry out to Bremerton from Seattle and came across this place and had to try it! I'm so glad that we did! It was a little stroll from the ferry building but worth it to the walk! We got a dozen of the beef and a dozen of the pork lumpia with the house made sweet and soury sauce (it's not really sweet and sour but comparable). Both lumpias were delish and the best parts were that it didn't break the bank and they weren't greasy at all. They even reheat well in an air fryer! Picked up a dozen lumpia and dipping sauce the other day to go with some homemade teriyaki pork and rice. Lumpia was crispy on outside and tasty on inside. Not greasy. The ladies at Lumpia Factory were so nice and working hard to serve a large lunch group and a few of us who came in for small orders. The lumpia was very economical. I think the food is okay; 3.5 stars rounded down to 3. It's not the best Filipino food I've had in Washington, but it is (one of?) the only Filipino options on the kitsap peninsula. The lumpia at the Lumpia Factory sits in a hot box drying out while it waits to be raked into a box and given to customers. The filling is flavorless. All you can taste is the lumpia wrapper and the grease it was fried in. This was so disappointing. I am frequently downtown and have a few favorite restaurants down there. Despite initially high hopes, this place is not one of them. I will not be going back to this place. I can't imagine anyone who enjoys lumping going back either. read more

We've been going here for years and they make some of the best lumpia around! The owner is very sweet and everyone is always friendly. Only 4 stars because sometimes, if you order the cooked lumpia, it can be quite over fried and dried out on the inside. We've started only buying the uncooked lumpia and frying ourselves. Lumpia factory has a little store front but don't let that turn you around! This place has some of the best lumpia I've ever had besides my aunties! They have beef and pork, you can buy already cooked or uncooked to take home in quantities of 6-100!!! I personally preferred the beef one. I got the combo special: pork adobo (sometimes they make chicken), two scoops rice, one huge scoop pancit, two lumpia's all for $7!! It was extremely feeling, and all delicious! I also got a can of Thai iced tea which was amazing, because I love Thai iced tea and never knew it came in a can! The women working in the front was so kind and funny! They take both cash and card, there are a few tables to eat there though it is mostly designed for take away. Recently ordered 50 lumpia and pancit. The pancit was excellent which is why I gave it 4 stars. The lumpia has too much wrap on it which takes over the lumpia and makes it impossible to taste the contents. The order was a little late and we had to wait when we picked it up but they were very busy that night so that's understandable. In conclusion, it's kind of disappointing that the place is named lumpia factory and it has the lowest quality lumpia around. Lumpia!!! It's been one of my favorite food/snack since I was a kid. Every Asian restaurant that I been to, lumpia or spring roll is a must to order for me personally! I been driving pass this place number of times, always thinking of stopping in. Until recently, I finally went there to get some lumpia for my snack. It wasn't busy when I got there. I was greeted by a lady, she was nice. I was debating if I want to try their beef or pork lumpia. At the end, I went for the pork instead of the beef. I will head back there in the future and try their beef lumpia as well. Overall, a dozen of lumpia for less then $10 what can I say, delicious and affordable. I was craving lumpia the other day and unfortunately we don't have a Filipino restaurant in our town, luckily we were in Bremerton today and I talked our hosts into getting 2 dozen lumpia, along with pork and chicken combos. I have to say that the lumpia was among the best I've ever had and the pancit was very tasty as well. The pork and chicken adobos were quite delicious, reminded me of my old friend's mother's adobo. Been driving past Lumpia Factory for many years, this time stopped in to get six pork lumpia ($3) to go. BTW...the contents seemed to be variable. No banana turon available during this visit. Also no visible entrees. The 'Factory' portion seems to be two lolas rolling lumpias in mass production. This Filipino specialty is very labor intensive, with the ingredients preparation, the wrapper rolling, and the frying. This is a very small shop with a couple chairs and a table should you want to sit and eat your meal....but we usually just get our food to go and bring it home. The establishment is owned and operated by Joe and his wife (sorry I forget her name), and they are a wonderful couple. I always get the pork Lumpia and on occasion, I get the chicken adobo or pandit. The food is always great. You can buy the lumpia already cooked or you can order the "bags" of ready to cook Lumpia and take it home. They have in years past has a venue at the Kitsap Whaling Days but I haven't noticed them there for a few years. read more

This place is legit! Ordered chicken adobo combo plate which includes the chicken adobo, 2 scoops of rice, side of pancit and 2 lumpia. Also ordered a side order of pork lumpia. Chicken adobo was cooked perfect, rice and pancit were very tasty. Now the lumpia, oh my god, have not had this good off lumpia since moving here from the CA Bay Area. The sweet and sour sauce needs a little work, should just be called sweet sauce because there is nothing sour about it. The prices are great, all this for $14! The woman working there was super sweet and was the only person working the front. She was way to overwhelmed but did a great job handling the lunch rush when I was there. It was pretty sad to see the people in front of me not tipping, she definitely deserves to be tipped. I tipped her a couple bucks and received the sweetest smile from her! Come on people, i see people tipping these overpriced donut shops her in Bremerton, why not tip the only legit Filipino food in town! I am no expert on Filipino food but this place is usually pretty average to me. I have had much better in other restaurants, and have had home cooked Filipino food from friends and family that I thought was pretty outstanding. I think they overcook the lumpia most of the time, meaning the wrapper is hard, and that's not good when the name of the restaurant is Lumpia Factory. Getting the lumpia right and having it consistent seems like it would be the first order of business for this restaurant. Some of my favorite dishes that I generally enjoy from the Filipino culture, like pancit and adobo, are bit dry or over salted at this restaurant. The things that make this place a favorable place to visit are the fact that they have ample parking, a little place inside the interior where you can sit down if you want to, and the owner is quite a nice person. I just generally drive by and pass this restaurant up, in favor of other restaurants that are more appealing in the neighborhood. There's nothing beaconing me in at all. read more
