This places everything that the other reviewers say it is. Hefty plates of food. Very nice owner. I got chicken Adobe. Very moist and tender. A wee bit salty but still quite good. I don't like pancit or rice but got all pancit since it came with the meal as one of the two choices. It's quite good, considering I never really order it on purpose. It's the lumpia. The lumpia is fantastic. Best I have ever had. I will definitely come again. And if they can help me with a party, I will get party platters of lumpia to take to events in the future.

Two entrees will easily feed 4-6 people. My daughter and I each picked out an entree (with rice and pancit) and they each came with 3 giant lumpia. $35. We would have been totally filled with only a single order, but we wanted to experiment. We now have leftovers for days! Good local restaurant. They also own Island Cuisine in downtown Bremerton. Not fancy - just good.

Soooooooo good!!! We had the orange chicken and beef steak ...it was amazing and comes with rice, pancit, and huge lumpia! Excellent customer service and super friendly!! 10/10 recommend!! Servings are very generous and you'll easily have a second meal out of one order. Delicious.

Why is it that some of the best food I've eaten has been in or around gas stations?! Seriously though, I know it is a little way off the beaten path, attached to a gas station, but this to-go kitchen is worth the drive! It's family run and they are all so friendly and grateful to their customers. I placed a phone order 20 minutes before they closed and not only were they not grumpy, but they apologized to me for the wait (I called and arrived about 6 minutes later so didn't give them a lot of heads up, but I was still in and out in about 10 minutes). When you look at the prices you might think that they are steep, but it is truly a massive amount of food. One order of adobo made two full dinners, as it comes with rice, pancit, and lumpia. And everything was delicious! The spicy pork adobo was not actually very spicy, which was fine with me. It had the perfect amount of fat to be flavorful without being too much. My husband got the orange chicken and you could tell that they use really quality chicken, not the stringy, gristly parts that are often found in fried foods. The orange wasn't too sweet either, so you could actually taste the chicken. The lumpia was very good, as was the pancit. We will definitely be eating here again and again!

Had the pleasure of meeting owners, Ivan and his wife tonight on our first trip to this new dining establishment and I am happy to say I will definitely be back! The restaurant, while basic in its dining area, was immaculate. The customer service was top notch including meeting the owners, and the food was exceptional. My wife and I ordered the chicken adobo and orange chicken and both will definitely be reordered in the future! I'm excited to try some of the other options as well. Decisions, decisions, decisions - a great problem to have. Living in Silverdale it was a 16 minute drive which is the same as going to other Filipino restaurants in the area and the food was much more flavorful so if you're looking for a new place to eat give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

My kind of comfort food! This little gem is located next to the Chevron gas station. The portions are huge! I had the chicken adobo plate for lunch yesterday and it filled me up so much that I skipped dinner and then ate the leftovers today. It's so delicious, I cannot wait to try other dishes! The service and ambiance was just ok.. nothing outstanding nor bad but the food speaks for itself! Give it a try!!

I tried them all and they all are delicious and feel authentic to the Vietnamese culture. The Hot Stone Pho special broth was clear and flavorful and the noodles were just right. Not to soft or chewy. The Bun Bo Hue was delicious and very flavorful. The broth could be a little more spider but it was still delicious with the different cuts of meat and udon noodles. The Saigon Wings were really delicious and crispy. The right amount of fish sauce on them. The server was very nice to us and had a great experience here. They talked to us a lot , which made us like the place even more! Overall the service was excellent! The ambiance of the place was really nice. I loved the wooden theme of the inside and very open. They also had tables and chairs for people to sit outside but it was kind of raining the time I went so I want. Able to sit outside but good to know they have outside seating. My overall experiment is a 5/5. I would definitely come back here again.

The latte was so smooth and well balanced flavors, absolutely the best latte I have had in long time. Then I tried the donuts and they were very good. I haven't eaten donuts from bakeries near and far but never had Mochi variety. They are made using rice flour that gives the donut an elastic characteristic and chewy but very good. I had three different flavors - strawberry, raspberry, and chocolate. While I still would say I am a cake donut lover, I would always be willing to eat one of these mochi flavors. You definitely should consider stopping in at M&T.
