    Pork adobo with lumpia
    Julie K.

Tonight we called in an order for pickup. 2 orders of pork adobo that came with two pieces of lumpia per order. We wanted to order a side of fried rice, but it only comes in one size that was $23. Not ideal for 2 people. The lumpia is fantastic!! I will do an order of just that in the future for sure. The pork is very tender, juicy and flavorful. Highly recommend it. The portions are great. The restaurant is showing its age but that doesn't subtract from the quality of food. The customer service was fast and friendly.

Being from hawaii, Filipino food is very popular there and we finally found the best Filipino restaurant in Washington state. We will be back! So so good!

This place is the O.G. Filipino cuisine. Their pancit is tasty and as well as their special of Pinakbet (pork with mixed veggies) & Kare-Kare (peanut beef stew with veggies). The staff is always cheerful and accommodating. The dinning area is very inviting and feels like you're going to eat at your Titas house or Lola's house.

Teriyaki chicken & mushroom and pancit

Went here off a recommendation from some friends! Amazing food, great service, friendly staff! We had the sampler appetizer and that was wonderful! Then we ordered the pancit and teriyaki chicken & mushroom! Not at all disappointed with our food choices!! We will become more regular customers!

    Tapsilog!

If my reviews were based on sheer quantity alone, Lin's would easily get the 5 star review. The portions they give for the price, well, let's just say you come out the winner in that contest! However, reviews are not based on quantity. Regardless, Lin's is a great little Mom and Pop stop for Filipino food. Located off the beaten path on Bremerton, I literally had to rely on my GPS to find this place. There are times I really crave Filipino food, and although it may not be the best Filipino food I've had (props to my Mom), my cravings were fulfilled. On my first visit, they had listed Tapsilog (I ALWAYS order that when I can) and I ordered Tortang Talong to go. What was given to me could easily feed 2-3 people! I love the garlic rice, and although the tapa was a bit oily, it was still good. The tortang talong the next day was good, too, but the edges were no longer crispy and it was oily. Note to self, when ordering tortang talong at Lin's it's best to eat in site. On my second visit to Lin's I ordered Dinuguan to stay and Tinola to go. The Dinuguan was ok, the cuts of meat were a bit tough at times and the stew was thicker than I'm used to, but the flavor was there. The Tinola was really good! I ate that the next day...twice! The service is Ok, there was one lady (maybe the owner?) working the restaurant and the phones. Although the actual restaurant wasn't that busy during my visits, the phone was constantly ringing off the hook! Would I come here again? Probably if I was in the area.

@justpadge_eats The only thing keeping me from giving them a 4-star is the cleanliness. The tables had a kind of stickiness to them. Also the back are where we sat looked like a recycling factory or a hoarders house for boxes. But they are a SOLID 4 based on food quality, speed of service and presentation. Lechon Kawali, Crispy Pata, and Palabok for the win! Family style is key, their portion sizes are not for the dainty eaters. Typical of going to any Filipino household....you will not go home hungry! Everything was cooked perfect and you can tell there was love in the preparation as you could taste it with every bit Update bumped up to 4 and why not try something new like fish, shrimp and fries, just as good as all their other dishes

    Sisig!!
    Faith O.

I'm giving 5 stars solely based on the sisig.. take a half hour to make so call in advance for to go.. I also love the Kare Kare here.. can't comment on much else cause that's all I ever get here.

The best sisig in northwest by far. Fresh, crunchy, fair price with more portion served. Definitely recommended.

They remembered us which made us smile. We always love to support small business owners, especially those that use quality ingredients with consistent results, authentic recipes, and also have a clean establishment. Scott helped us today with our to go order which consisted of two orders of pork adobo with two pieces of lumpia each, one order of Pancit Behon with vegetables and chicken. The adobo and Pancit each came with two scoops of rice each. The adobo is so flavorful and the meat is so tender and delicious. Our Filipino stepfather used to make pork adobo from scratch and wasn't willing to share his family recipe. One bite of Mum's pork adobo, and suddenly your eyes are closing, and you are making mmmm mmmmm mmmm sounds. The sauce is thick savory and comforting. The seasonings used in the pancit was absolutely perfect! We loved the ratio of vegetables and chicken. Lumpia is always a great choice with or without the accompanying sauce. Personally, we like dipping our lumpia in the adobo sauce. The orders were complete. Servings were large. We are looking forward to returning often. One of our other favorite items that we order from Mum's is beef calderetta, another solid comforting choice. Their fish and chips is also yummy and filling. They really take pride in the food they prepare and serve. So if you have a hankering for authentic filipino food, come to Mum's. You won't be disappointed!!

And in a move to save the jar I quickly moved my basket under the falling jar to catch it to stop it from breaking in the floor. Unfortunately, the quick motion of my basket caused a bottle of banana ketchup to be knocked off a lower shelf and break in the floor. Upon, checkout I was made to pay for the bottle that broke. Okay, I get it you're a small business and every penny counts, and I average over $100 of my grocery budget there every month. But from a customer service standpoint to make me pay for accidentally knocking a bottle to the floor? Sure you saved $2.69. But once again from a customer service pov, did you save $2.69 OR did you LOSE over $1200 a year in patronage, because I'm never coming back. There's other Asian groceries in the area that I can get all the same things I get at your store.
