I did the "request quote" feature and had very quick responses. After lengthy discussions with each, we decided on Bolt Monkey. From the first contact, Marco impressed me. He was quick to respond and courteous. He came in person to learn more about our job - replacing an electrical panel in a 60 year old home. He arrived on time, was dressed professionally and was thorough. He asked questions no one else did and gave us information we'd need whether or not we chose him. His quote was fair and complete. He helped us with oncor/disconnect coordination and has been here all day working on the job. He brought other concerns to us and provided solutions. It is obvious Marco is trustworthy and professional. I have absolute confidence in his work and will definitely use Bolt Monkey should the need arise again.
