I was having the hardest time finding a salon that wouldn't overdo my brows, despite my being very clear in asking. It's taken me years to get any growth out of my right one specifically. I went 5 days before my wedding - plenty of time to let weirdness die down before the big day. Masks were required, they enforced social distancing & the technicians were cleaning & sanitizing at every step. Their customer service was very good and my brows turned out better than they've ever been. Plenty of hair still in place to help shape new growth, no redness and my makeup artist even said how nice & clean they were! Pictures came out great and I've found my new "home salon!" The glue smell was so strong and my lashes were being pulled the entire time. Once my lashes were done, they looked good but looks can really be deceiving... After a day they felt so heavy and started coming off. The lash quality was so poor and she applied lashes that were stuck together instead of individual lashes. This I did not notice until they started coming off. They were wonky after just 2 days and I had to get them removed 5 days after getting them done to avoid my natural lashes getting completely ruined...
