I came in Thursday afternoon 7/24 to get my lashes done & from outta town (came from the Bay). They took me in quick which was great cuz I needed them done right away since my girls & I were booked up for our trip while we were only there for the 2 1/2 days. Lash Daddy is a good spot for lash extensions. They're easily accessible (near Town Square and the airport), plenty of parking, and a nice and comfortable space. The staff is always friendly too. Ashley has been my lash artist for several years now and I really do not trust anyone else with my lashes. I like my lashes to look like I just put some mascara on and she does a great job by not heavily "lashing them up". I have tried other artists before and although they do a great job, the results were just too much and overwhelming for me. It's probably what most people want done to their lashes, but definitely not for me. Today when I arrived, she told me they no longer do brow laminations and they were out of wax but she'd do mine since the owner was supposed to tell me but didn't (figures). My brows weren't shaped, cleaned up or hardly laminated! Admittedly, my brows are hard to tame, which is the reason I get them laminated at an attempt to control them. These brows looked pretty much like I did them myself in a rush to get outta the house. It was hard to capture clearly in a photo, but seriously, "what are thoseeee?". For $100 just for the lamination, plus another $100 for the lash lift/tint, I feel robbed. I do feel conflicted and gave two stars cause my lash lift came out nice, and the girl was truly sweet. I love the flexibility in scheduling at this place. I can instantly book a 30', 60', or 90' session with any artist of my choice. They send appointment confirmation, and reminder the day before and the day of, and cancellation is at no charge up to an hour before appointment time. It cannot be any more convenient than that. They always offer waters upon my arrivals. I love the front desk person Kai. He is personable, and professional at the same time. Now when it comes to artists, you get what you pay for. I have been going with Caroline for a while now. She is a senior artist. She has her own room with nice decorations. She is always on time. After she was 100% finished with me, she said she couldn't do the look I wanted because my lashes were too short and the extensions kept falling off. Every time I have gone to get my lashes done the front desk has been super nice and on top of things. I think that Lash Daddy is definitely a great place to get lashes done- my lashes remain healthy and I am always happy with the outcome when Ashley does my lashes!! She remembers little details about me which really goes a long way and makes me feel like she cares about her clients. She also gives advice on lash retention and care instructions which I appreciate. At the front desk they have tons of stuff you can buy as well! I been going to lash daddy religiously for the past 3 years and I have always gone to Jess or Gel and never encountered a problem. Lately, with my work schedule I been having to bounce around and try new artists and yesterday I was appalled how I was treated! I tried resolving this directly with the manager but I feel like I have just been dismissed and pushed away, without actually caring or addressing the problem in a sincere matter. Let me start, yesterday on November 20,2021 I had an appointment time of 6 pm. At 5:15 I receive a phone call from lash daddy letting me know they had a cancellation and seeing if i wanted to come in earlier. I said sure, I just got done work. I can try to come AROUND 5:30 ish. At 5:38 I'm pulling into the parking lot and I'm already getting a call from them. Im now starting to feel harassed and rushed already. I say I'm pulling in now and we hang up. At 5:40 pm they start my one hour lash fill which is 80 dollars. At the end of the session, it feels super quick and right away I look at my watch. It's only 6:22 pm!!! I let the artist know ( Ashley ) that I am paying for an hour fill and it's only been 40 min. She replies so nasty and rude and was like " well you were late so I don't know what to tell you" and kicks me out the room and slams the door in my face! Ummm what ?? LATE ??? I came in early for you guys doing YOU a favor, assuming I was the last appointment for the day so YOU could go home earlier. I find the manager at check out and he completely dismisses me offering a phony 15 dollar discount, after the way I was just treated. The hour session is 80 dollars and I only got 40 min in. I usually do the Facebook check in bringing my total down to 75 for an hour and here I am paying 65 dollars for 40 min and rude customer service ? As I start driving home, I do the math in my head and realize that's not even a good adjustment. I call back right away after leaving and ask to speak to the manager again and let him know how I'm still feeling and how I've never been treated that way. Again, he quickly rushes me off the phone and just offers me 20 dollars off the next session to shut me up without even fully acknowledging the problem. I tried to settle this directly with the manager without having to write a review but this is my last resort. I'm sure There are plenty of lash salons out there who treat their long term customers better. read more

I love this place and its vibes!!! It's the cutes place ever. My lash tech Mia just started working here so I decided to follow her. I wanted to wait to do a review just to see how Lash Daddy's products worked with me and LET ME JUST SAY,,,, ITS BOMB!!!! Today 03/31/22 I'm about to go in for my fill and it's been almost 4 weeks. Most of the lashes are still on there. I can probably go another week because I like the look of more natural but I won't be able to next week. It probably is a big plus too that Mia does my lashes because she pays huge attention to detail, she really places the lashes on each individual natural lash. She's also great in time. My lashes looked great at first, but at least 10 lashes had come off my right eye within the first few hours. I didn't think much of it and by the next day my right eye had significantly less lashes then the left eye. When I woke up on the second day, most of my lashes were gone. I called and they told me If I came in by 3:30pm they could fix them. I told the lady on the phone that I couldn't come in that day because I had to be at a bachelorette party and there was no way I could make it in. She told me to text a picture of my lashes to the manager. The manager again asked me to come in, I advised them I could not because I had to be at a bachelorette party (which is what I got the lashes done for). After I said I could not come in I never received another response, a day later I texted again asking if anything was going to be done and they again never replied. read more

I got my lashes done today, October 5th 2022, and I can't say I was entirely satisfied. When I arrived I got signed in, the lady at the front was nice, and so was my lash tech. The problem was what I asked for. My lash tech told me "what you want is a strip lash", when what I asked for has been done by other lash technicians. I was fine with it being semi close, and she said she could do that. What I got was not what I wanted, and I wasn't taken seriously when I told her that. It's a full lash set, with basically no variation in the lash length. When I told her, this really isn't what I asked for, she brushed it off. This place is great if this is the style of lashes you want, but it's not for people who want stylized lashes. I am incredibly disappointed. My eyes also hurt most the appointment which didn't make the experience much better. Three stars for them being nice lashes, the two stars off are for her saying she could get close, when it's not similar to it in the first place. read more

I booked my appointment online with an "elite" lash artist and decided to just go with the first available one. I got Kandi and let me tell you, I'm so glad that I did! She's amaaaaazing! Her customer service is A1! On my first appointment, she was still finishing up with a client that had just flew in to Vegas for vacation and had a nightmare lash situation. I didn't mind Kandi jumping from my room to the next to help out the other girl. That just showed me she'll go above and beyond for all her clients. Plus, I wasn't in a rush to do anything for the rest of my day. Kandi's super sweet & knowledgeable and I definitely appreciate the time I have with her each time I come in. I went with a level 2, wispy cat-eye looked in the beginning. For my second fill, I let Kandi freestyle and change it up a bit. She used c curls & d curls and did a more full and textured look (pics included) *I was confused as to the difference between a platinum artist & an elite artist when I was booking. The difference is that platinum artists works are a bit faster due to experience (full set is an hr) whereas an elite artist takes a little longer (full set is 2 hrs). Also platinum artists are a bit pricier* FIRST TIME CLIENTS GET $20 OFF :) The lash salon is very clean and the vibe is super nice in there as well. read more
