I've lived in Vegas for a while and I can't believe I just found out about this place! I came with my family, and right from the start, the hospitality was unmatched. Darius at the front was checking IDs and raised his arms to wand me with the metal detector. I joked that I thought he was going in for a hug, and without missing a beat, he said, "My dude, bring it in!" and gave me a massive hug. It instantly made me feel right at home, like I was back in LA. Inside, the setup, ambiance, and music are absolutely phenomenal. We are big hookah aficionados, and this spot earns an infinite amount of stars from us. We ordered the Luna's Mix thanks to a great recommendation from the bartender, Bellen. They use a lotus leaf with a cage around the charcoal, and it was amazing. The rest of the staff was just as incredible. Our waiter, Daniel, and the hostess, Yasmin, took amazing care of us. As a Latino family, we loved how comfortable we felt speaking both Spanish and English with the team. The food was top-tier too--we shared the nachos (the spicy smoked salsa was my favorite!), Cajun fries, and nacho tacos. The DJ started right at 11 PM, and they stay open until 5 AM, which is a huge plus. The whole crew here is doing a fantastic job. Came here for a bachelorette. So much fun from the moment we arrived, security made us feel very safe. These guys were really sweet and entertaining! The music and tea was good too. I would classify this hookah lounge ambiance as upscale and giving semi club vibes. I had on a casual body suit and felt under dressed. This lounge is on the strip however it does have its own parking lot. I love the set up, as it is very spacious with lots of seats and huge TV's. Perfect for a game day. The food was mediocre for me. They serve basic American food which consists of burgers, pizza, and hot wings. The cocktails and hookahs I believe are the stars of the show here. They have a wide range of specialty cocktails and flavored hookahs. I love how everyone works together here in terms of customer service. We had a waiter that originally took our order then brought our orders back, Then our original waiter and other waiters would pass by and check on us. The guy at the door told me if I buy a bottle it would come with the section and one hookah. I got there. Remind you I called ahead and explain how many people was coming and what time we would be there I got there had to wait about 45 minutes to enter and they had open sections but my party was unable to enter. Don't know why we was directed to the bar in the first 30 minutes of being in the facility we spent over $600 at the Bar Instead of them selling us two bottles we asked for The bartender proceeded to try to upsell us shots The section became available. He directed us to the section. We still had to wait 45 minutes to get the hookah and 30 minutes to get the bottles. Remind you, they have my credit card and ID One guy comes over and says hey they want you to close out before they bring the bottles The guy at the bar says it was fine they have poor communication skills with each other everyone has a different price on what things cost and what it will take to get it done The wings we ordered was tasty but cold like ice cold they charge us $500 for two hookers and two fifths of Jose Cuevo and two plates of 10 chicken wings a piece We had to literally beg the guy to bring over the hookah. My company was so irritated. I had to beg them to come back inside. My birthday party was a disaster.
