Baklavas. Really good and fresh. Definitely house made.

First time here and went on Mother's day. We had a reservation for 1230p, arrived and were the only ones there which was fine because other places I'm sure were super busy which I wanted to avoid being a holiday and all. Daughter and I got the Turkish breakfast $30 per person, it was a lot of food cheese oven fired flat bread, shakshuka and eggs with sausage and a few sides to accompany the food. I lychee rose cocktail which was really good, gave me a nice buzz for hours. We loved the decor and vibe, nice music. The only thing was that there was no belly dancing which I was really looking forward to. I called before making a reservation and they said belly dancing would be available this Sunday but there was none. The place could use a cleanup of the entrance as there was trash on the floor but other than those 2 things our experience was great!

We stopped by Sivas Vegas after brunch because the bartender recommended it as a good hookah spot. The parking is free because it's in a shopping strip by Palms Casino. They have a nice bar, dining area, and a small patio area. Our server, Tony, was professional and courteous. The hookah prices are around $30 and the drinks are around $13-$15, but they do have a happy hour. It was a nice break from the Las Vegas strip. Overall, I would go back again.

We came with a group of friends and really enjoyed it. They have clearly put a lot of effort into this. We are grateful for the excellent service and delicious food. I would definitely recommend it!

Some places surprise you. And then there are places like Sivas... that make you rethink what "good" hookah and "good" hospitality actually mean. I walked in expecting a regular Vegas hookah night. What I got was an experience--one wrapped in flavor, care, and those little details that only true lovers of craft obsess over. Let's start with the game changer: They serve Adalya Love 66. Yes... my favorite Turkish flavor. Yes... the one absolutely no one in Vegas bothers to carry. When I saw that bowl arrive, perfectly packed, flavors blooming just on the first pull--dense smoke, lush taste, smooth clouds--I knew this wasn't accidental. This was intention. And intention continued with the people. Saif and Jojo--two names I won't forget. Polite. Attentive. Warm. No rush, no attitude--just pure service with pride. The ambience? A vibe. House music floating around 120 BPM, just enough to lift the spirit without overpowering conversation. It felt like the perfect balance between a friendly meetup, a casual business chat, and a feel-good night out. Happy energy, clean mood, dense smoke... it all synced. Then came the food--and this is where I realized Sivas is serious. I ordered the Lamb Adana Kebab, and the details told the story: Rice cooked just right--soft, moist, seasoned, aromatic Kebab rich, flavorful, delicate A plate that showed someone in the kitchen cares Their Pepinos con Chile cocktail took things further--fresh cucumber juice, house-dried cucumbers, the kind of thoughtful twist that turns a drink into an experience. Cool, tangy, refreshing... yumm is the only correct word. By the end, one thing became clear: If you're someone who appreciates the finer things... the quiet craftsmanship... the details others miss... Sivas is a must-visit. A place where flavor, atmosphere, and service come together not to impress you--but to delight you. Verdict: Sivas doesn't just serve hookah and food. They serve intention. And in a city like Vegas, that's rare... and worth celebrating.

Sivas is the best it has ever been. The staff + management take into consideration your entire experience. Antoinette, Diana, and JoJo were great.  One of the owners, Seyf, is a wonderful dude. He will make sure your night goes beyond your expectations. The DJs do a fantastic job curating.  With one security professional, he does better than a team of them at businesses. Even for a conversation and make sure the staff takes care of you. My experiences the past few years have never been stellar, and though the reviews change, the past few weeks have been pleasant. 750+ visits. Spending anywhere from $100-$300 a night. The volume is decent here. Some places run too loud + damage your hearing, but you can comfortably enjoy music here with or without live music. It's difficult to find R&B + Hip-Hop venues that aren't so hood or bougie. There is no middle ground. This has the perfect setting. They do play explicit versions. It'll vary genres depending on the day ± time, the reggae, Alicia Keys, Ne-Yo, + the like are common. The crowd control is on point. Never too packed or empty. It's a decent chill vibe but a party atmosphere. I've had every dish at least twice with some newly added or taken away. I do have favorites that I frequent. I myself am a fast and voracious eater. Always in a rush, but the food here is so aromatic, fresh, ± piping hot. You wanna eat it slow + savor it. The quality is even better than the competitors or fine dining restaurants. They have a great selection of beverages. I have tried each at least once. Standard. My only complaints are that the glassware can be in better shape or washed better. The ice isn't the clearest. For the prices you pay, you'd figure crystal clear high-quality ice. Your best bet is to go to a neighboring casino, play, and get the same drink comped with better rocks. They need to clean their ice machine or change a filter. I'll try to throw $20s to the staff either way, but the ventilation here is poor.  I like hookah, but not breathing in everyones bad breath.  Sometimes, you can smell poor hygiene in the air. They do have great quality hookahs, flavors, + coals, but the ventilation is poor. The environment without the cons does look kinda cool.  Photos op spot for groups + ladies at the entrance. Dim, romantic lighting. The only issue is the parking lot. There is a neighboring, rarchet business that draws a bad crowd. If you forgive that, the rest of this visit, whether you're inside, outside, solo, or with a party, can be enjoyable. If you're a sports fan, there aren't many tvs to watch. For Vegas workers or born, raised folks that visit all nightlife properties, you may want to find another spot. No gaming. If you're a dancer, the dance floor is there, but when it's busy like it usually is late at night, it just won't happen.  Too little space.  Your best bet is to get a table/booth to do your thing there.  Otherwise, get bumped + humped nonstop at the bar or close to the DJ booth. The highlight really is the drink selection and food quality. Moderation here is key. If they can just balance out things and find a rhythm, this place could be classier + be much more comfortable.  There is no point in paying lounge, club, strip, resort prices if it feels like a dingy, drug fueled hangout where I keep running over glass bottles and vapes in the parking lot every night.  I'll update the review periodically. It's not entirely their fault.  Sometimes, it's the riff raff coming from 3 neighboring lounges, and staff can't keep up.  So they cater to larger groups.  If you're solo, you're on the back burner and don't get the best service.  Late night contributes to the food quality and efficiency of the staff.  Wrapping up to close and poor guests treating them badly, etc. They want to do a great job + take reviews seriously. Whether you voice your opinion or concerns in person or online, they will recitfy that. That's my favorite quality here. They strive for improvement. 3/28/25

This hookah lounge is going on my frequent flyer list! The vibes during the holidays are so perfect! the décor is super cozy and warm with a huge faux fireplace. The food and drinks are top tier. The customer service was great. The only reason for the missing star is the music. I went on a Friday night, and the DJ was playing 90s R&B and early 2000s. For me I have to be in the mood for something like that. I prefer tunes that are relevant now. I'm not sure if this is a night they play that type of music on but I just wish the DJ played more up to date music. I did request a song by walking up to the Dj and he played 2 seconds of it and went back to the 90s stuff. Ill try another night perhaps a Saturday and update!

First time visiting this restaurant and we had a delicious meal and our cocktails were amazing! Our server, Diana Isabella (from Romania), was very attentive, sweet, and gave us some great recommendations as well. We tried the Branzino fish plate with a falafel appetizer along with some cocktails (a rum based drink and an old fashioned with a smoke show) to round off the night.

First time at Sivas Vegas they were very attentive best hookah and the food is amazing!!! I highly recommend to everyone to come for your first date

This place was ! So much better, cleaner, and didn't stink like the LUV Hookah Lounge! This place had their whole spot decorated for Christmas, it was so cute! Friendly staff, but our entrees did take over an hour to come and the place was empty. But the food was really delicious! Lintel soup so good! The truffle mushroom pizza was my favorite! My husbands lamb kabobs was okay (I've had better) and the portions of food, only one skewer, was $25! seriously pricy! But it was a super chill vibe, amazing house music, and I would come back for one of thier Dj nights. Cute spot for a date night too!

Best hookah lounge in Vegas, and one of my all time favorites! Friendly service, great ambiance, whether happy hour before the live dj, or on the weekend for brunch and belly dancing. Great hookah flavors, and great food!
