We also ordered the hummus, and it was honestly one of the highlights. It was fresh, flavorful, and the bread that came with it was incredibly soft and warm, definitely not an afterthought like it can be at some places. Overall, this is a great spot to unwind after a night out, good atmosphere, quality hookah, solid drinks, and surprisingly great food. We'd definitely come back.

I left because the lounge was extremely small, overcrowded even with reservations, lacked the music and atmosphere advertised, and the service was nonexistent. I waited approximately 25 minutes just to be acknowledged, only to be told to continue waiting. Calling that a "brief wait" does not accurately reflect my experience. Additionally, the patio had only three tables, which were already occupied when I arrived, despite your claim that a space had been specifically reserved for my group. Whether the photos on your website are edited or not does not change the fact that the overall experience and atmosphere were completely different from how the venue is presented online. The website gives the impression of an upscale hookah lounge/club experience, which was not what I encountered. My review was based on my actual experience as a paying customer. Instead of dismissing valid criticism by suggesting my expectations simply weren't met, I hope you take the feedback into consideration--especially regarding reservation management, wait times, service, overcrowding, and accurately representing the atmosphere customers can expect.

Only complaint is they haven't updated their menu. It would be helpful if their menu was current because this menu was very limited. They didn't have dessert. We were told no a lot on things we asked for. To me, that's bad. The staff was great and the service was good but I probably won't be back.
