The manager disappeared into the kitchen, leaving him waiting with no updates. By 7:48 PM, after over 40 minutes, he left without the food. During that wait, other customers were seated, served, finished their meals, paid, and left -- all while two simple sandwiches could not be produced. I spoke directly with the manager twice. Instead of taking responsibility, he argued about the pickup time, minimized the delay, and only offered excuses and after-the-fact store credit. No proactive communication. No apology. No basic follow-through. Delays happen. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Order takeout elsewhere if you value your time.
