Before scheduling a service call, he even suggested a few troubleshooting steps I could try myself at no charge in hopes of resolving the issue and saving me money. When that didn't work, he arranged for a technician to come out the very same day. I was given a two-hour service window, and the technician called about 45 minutes beforehand to let me know he could arrive about 30 minutes early. He was friendly, professional, and understood that I was working under a time constraint. The technician diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the necessary part on his truck, and completed the repair in about 20 minutes--finishing before my scheduled service window even began. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was that neither Bob nor the technician tried to upsell me on anything. In fact, they seemed genuinely focused on finding the most cost-effective solution and saving me money whenever possible. Excellent communication, prompt service, honest pricing, and quality work. (And not bent) I have to say these guys were very professional. First Bobby arrived early! I have Never had a contractor show up early before! Then Zach arrived and these 2 guys worked so well together. Also, they cleaned up as they went and brought their own broom, dustpan etc... They took the old door and all the trash with them. The new garage door is so quiet. The best part was I used a coupon from YELP for 1st time customers only for 10% off! That was a huge savings!!!!!! Thanks Yelp. We paid online and one thing I have never encountered was it asked for a tip. Not sure if this is standard practice for garage door installers.
