As the day went on it got worse -- by the evening he was hiding under furniture, wouldn't open one eye, and his face was wet from tearing. I've never seen him like that. I took him to an emergency vet that night. They diagnosed him with a corneal ulcer and sent us home with four prescriptions: ciprofloxacin drops, a triple antibiotic ointment, an ocular repair gel, and autologous serum eye drops they had to make from his own blood. He's on a 14-day treatment plan and needs a follow-up recheck.

One ear is longer than the other on one dog and the poor thing looks crooked. When picked up, the collars were on the wrong dogs and one dog had the handle of the leash around her neck instead of the correct part of the leash. My dog could have easily slipped out of it onto the busy main street if we didn't see it was put on wrong. Both cuts were $90 and this bad experience cost us $200. Not worth the money AT ALL.

She offered to let me sit in on the grooming appointment, which I gladly accepted. The biggest thing for me was that she truly took her time with both Kuma and me, which is so hard to come by these days. She was willing to put in the effort to teach me simply because she cares about you and your dog. She has inspired me to learn more about grooming so I can better care for Kuma at home. I truly believe Sherry would make an excellent grooming instructor because she has both the competence and compassion that dogs (and owners) need. I strongly advise against letting him touch your pet. My dog returned with a deep cut on his paw, which looked like it was done in a rush. Protect your pet from this groomer! Do not allow him to come close to your fur baby! I spoke to him over the phone and he wasn't concerned at all. He brushed me off like it's a normal day for him extremely RUDE!
