I Can't believe this place had a bad review! This has to be my new favorite place to get botox! I have been getting botox for years, & have been to many different places trying to find a place that I like. The 32nd st. office was very nice, & welcoming. Best of all it didn't have that "yuppy" factor which is what you typically get, with most of these types of places. I received a groupon for botox, & juvederm. Called a day before, & made an appointment for the next day. The receptionists were very nice, & greeted me right away. I had Lori W. And she was so nice, & did an amazing job! Lori took the extra time to make sure that the placement of the product was to my liking, & was very thorough with aftercare. I bought a groupon for lunchtime lift. The facility was very nice but the lady whom administered my Botox was distracted by something else. I bought 20 units cause I require 21 (I've had it done before). She did the Botox and threw a good amount of it that was in the syringe away. My fiancé so saw this happen... Now it's 10 days later and I still have the same lines ( some have decreased a little but not as much as they should ). She didn't even ask if I would like the rest on another part of my face or anything. It was like she was trying to hide that she was throwing some away. Hopefully this business does the right thing and offers me a refund or allows me to come back in to get this all corrected since my wedding is only a few weeks away! UPDATED: I called and scheduled an appointment and then got a call back the next day saying there was an emergency and the nurse at the Chandler location needed to reschedule. MY WEDDING is in a couple of weeks mind you. The guy said he wasn't sure if they would be able to fix it without charging me and kinda argued with me about what happened so needless to say, I made an appointment with another place that I have had Botox done at before. I don't have the time to trust them and see if it happens. Horrible business and unfortunately I wasted $100 and my time. Don't do what I did.... Go somewhere that has Botox that works and to someone who will use ALL the Botox needed and fix the situation if need be. Nothing but great things to say! Lori RN was fantastic! She asked me what I wanted and then made recommendations based of that. The fact that she takes the time to listen to her patients is awesome!! And what's even better is she doesn't just give your the injections and sends you on your way. She wants to make sure you are happy. I went in for an intial 20 units. I waited to 7-10 days as was told to do so that way I gave the botox enough time to work. While it did I decided to go back for another 20. Both times I got in the week that I called. This place is definitely wonderful if you want ease, affordability, and friendly office staff! The registered nurse, Lori, is an absolute delight. She has the best bedside manner and knowledge regarding her profession, especially injectables. I myself am a RN, so I know a good one when I see one! So I recently had bought a groupon deal for 1 full syringe of juviderm at lunchtime lift md , I was so excited to book my appointment I've had my lips done before at another spa ( Beverly Hills rejuvenation center) in Scottsdale which was amazing btw!! But I came across this awesome deal on groupon full syringe juviderm for 40% off so I bought it spent 232.00$ including a groupon discount I had, so went ahead and scheduled an appointment for 06/13/2014 @ 12pm but the day prior I received a call that I'd have to reschedule do to the person that was going to do my injections was sick. I was bummed but I know that life happens so rescheduled for the following Friday (today) 06/20/2014 same time but an hour prior to my appointment I got a call once again I'd have to reschedule do to an emergency !!!! Ugh, the receptionist was nice about it tho.. I was really looking forward to using this groupon and bragging about this company but I can't they are not flexible and probably need a larger staff if there's always emergencies. So I did not reschedule instead I called groupon and kindly asked for a refund which they were awesome about they even offered to contact the company and schedule for me but, it's the principle I'm to busy to keep getting cancelled on I work full time and have 2 kids. And how much of an emergency could it have been , once I called groupon to ask for a refund I got a call back from lunchtime lift md telling me oh you can still come in today... No thank you!!! I get botox injected in my jaw since I have clench my jaw and shift my teeth. I have gotten botox before and it works miracles. unfortunately when I went here nothing happened. Such a waSte of money but I guess with Groupon its hit or miss. the girl didn't even locate the muscle that was the strongest to inject. I feel like she just randomnly injected into my jaw. I am usally one that always looks at the silver lining and although the staff was very friendly the service and productwas not quality. beautiful office though read more

Lunchtime lift md is the worst place I've ever been to. The botox did not work, the juvederm was suppose to be placed in the lines between the nose and mouth. The juvederm was placed above the wrinkle lines, so now I have lumps close to my cheek bones. They would not return my calls when I complained, but they certainly called me back asap when it was the first time to book. I also have little balls where the juvederm was injected in. Like if the needle used was to big. I believe the balls will be there permanently because I still have them and its been close to 2 months. I really had high hopes for this place, it was in a convenient location and had lovely offices with friendly staff...HOWEVER, I bought a Groupon... can you guess where I'm going with this from all the other reviews? Well I bought a Groupon for 20 units of Botox, I wanted it injected in my chin and upper lip. I have done this off and on for the past 4 years but not consistently as it's not a major issue I just like it. ANYWAY, I usually get 4 units in the upper lip and 12 in the chin so the 20 should have MORE than taken care of it. I get injected, the people were nice the appointment was easy to get. 10 days later no change, the Botox didn't work (if you know anything about Botox in the upper lip area it takes FAST and INTENSE.) Soooo I call and tell the scheduler, he says "you probably have Botox burnout... it's common" No, it's not, and I've only had Botox in this area 5 times in 4 years. So he schedules me another appointment about a week later... nice people, another 20 units, 10 days later... you guessed it! NOTHING! Okay so at this point you have supposedly put 40 UNITS OF BOTOX in a 2 inch surface area. Something stinks here. There is NO WAY they are using Botox in any way shape or form. ZERO effect after 40 UNITS? Impossible. Anyway... I call back again, I say no more needles in my face, I'd like a refund. They call back and say they will give me a full refund for the Groupon price and they would mail me a check. Can you guess what's next? NO CHECK. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs as they are obviously unscrupulous and injecting God knows what into your face. and just for any of you who believe in "Botox Burnout" I got Botox 6 days ago at a different company, and I am 100% satisfied. Horrible experience!! I had been to this business several times and had a great experience, Laurie is wonderful! I purchased another deal on 4beautydeals.com and scheduled my appointment online with Laurie and received a confirmation and reminder of my appointment only to show up and be told the business is no longer in that location, Laurie doesn't even work for them anymore and it is no longer an active business. The phone number doesn't work either. The previous location said that this business owner is a huge scam artist and I should stay very far away and never do business with them. They also apparently water down their Botox I am hoping to get my money back $139.99 through PayPal but I wanted to warn anyone else not to fall for the same scam that I did!! read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I would give negative stars if I could. Their Botox does not work. I was treated 4 times with no results at all. I was refunded for only one of the treatments, even though they admitted it was their fault that it didn't work . The manager admitted that they weren't keeping the Botox refrigerated at the correct temp and That hundreds of clients were complaining that it had no effect. Not a big deal. If you just refund me or communicate with me, I'm a happy customer. But I got no communication back. Which means I spent $350 for nothing and no result. The manager said he would refund me and retreat me and then literally never called or contacted me again, after about two months of phone calls from me to him and to the business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! there are too many other great places out there with product that actually works and staff that actually answers the phone when you call!! I had a terrible experience at this place. used a groupon for filler and botox and the had to wait for over an hour. Then they put me in a random office and an unlicensed person applied numbing cream. I was then moved to the room and they used a Popsicle to numb the area! They let the front desk girl watch which was rather uncomfortable and used hardly anything of the filler and told me to come back to use it if I needed more but they didnt even use any to begin with. I think there wasn't anything in it. The person obviously had no idea what she was doing. I tried coming back and they told me they had thrown the filler away when I have gone to Red Mountain Med Spa, a much more professional and better medspa and they have held it for me as the swelling can go down and you may need to come back for more. When I went to book my next appointment to use the remaining left they told me I could not and they never explained to me the policy when I was there either or I would have come back earlier.
