The Lund Mortgage Team was fantastic! With the pandemic and many companies being short staffed, I could always call and get someone on the phone. I see a few reviews talking about their ok experiences, they must not understand mortgages all that well and it looks like their expectations weren't very realistic! Our loan closed in less than 30 days, the pricing was better than anyone we shopped, and I felt like I was talking to someone that cared about me. From our first meeting to our final signing Lisa and Miranda made sure that my wife and I were in the loop at each and every step. Stories are consistent I met with Stan and all was fine got approval and then everything fell apart. Lost docs, excuses, no call backs, more excuses and finally got a call from Stan after voicing my concerns and he confused my loan for another persons and then acted like the complete d""ck he truly is and blamed a worker who was on vacation "Classy" Mr Mortgage broker of the year classy!!!
