There is a cost for each office visit, plus an additional cost for services rendered. They did not take insurance, from what I remember. They have parking but you may end up paying if you stay for too long. There's also street parking available, if you can swing it. Highly recommend getting your ear maintenance needs here.

I contacted the office twice attempting to cancel and never heard back. I assumed it was okay. A year later, I find out I'm in collections for a no-show fee. The office never once attempted to call me or reach out about this and they claim they never received my two cancellation calls. Suspicious to say the least. I have now being trying to reach someone there for over a month-calls, emails, etc. and am constantly being ignored or pushed to someone else. I finally had to get more forceful in an email to get a response, which I did and was then sent yet again to someone else. Only recently did someone finally respond in an email simply stating, "we will not waive this" -verbatim-no proper grammar, no professional message of any kind, reasoning, signature, nothing. I am beyond frustrated with this place at this point and the lack of professionalism, kindness, etc. and what's more? Sending me to collections for $50 when inappropriate but also without even giving em the chance to settle with them first. Based on how the office has been run and my treatment, I would never go there for medical help. This is the most unprofessional office I've experienced in a long time.

As a Medi-cal patient, they've always helped us with our referrals & prescription approvals. Yes, they're busy, but there's a reason, because it's a good solid set of clinics with low- turnover of staff. That says a lot! There's a doctor/PA/NP that'll work well with all kinds of folks needs. What is incredibly frustrating and disheartening is that after making this choice to not accept MediCal patients, your office failed to contact me. I received texts the day of my appointment reminding me of my appointment so it was very clear that the mistake is on your end. I would appreciate your accountability. The surgery was successful and insurance covered the cost, however on my son's first follow up visit after the surgery Dr. Bublik advised that my son should have an allergy test. Without advising us that my insurance would not cover this test, his nurse administered the test. The cost of this test was $1748.82. The cost of this completely unnecessary test was $1748.82 which I am wholly responsible for. Beware of the hidden costs of doing business with this office. They seem a little sleazy. P.S. The test said my son had a peanut allergy and they advised sending him home with an epi pen. My son has been eating peanut butter sandwiches every day for 10 years and continues to do so. Sleazy...

But after seeing Dr. Kades, I feel like I don't even have RA. I have friends who also have RA and other types of arthritis who are not even close to reaching the success I've seen. He honestly saved my life. I can tell you that I am probably the most frustrating patient ever; I forget to take blood tests and x-rays, can be inconstant with taking medication, and will disappear for a year. Today, I had an appointment for 11am, arrived 15 minutes early, and still waited over 2 HOURS, at which point I asked for a refund of my copay as I needed to return to work. I don't know if this office is prioritizing cosmetic procedures over regular patients, but if that is the case they need to just switch to focusing solely on cosmetics so their PCP patients can receive sufficient care. Update: When I asked for a followup on the status of my refund, I received no response, just a text message with a link to an electronic receipt. However, after checking with my bank, I confirmed I was not refunded and had to issue a claim with my bank to recoup the cost.
