Seriously, if there were a Hall of Fame for incompetence, these guys would be first ballot inductees. From the moment I walked in, it was clear customer service isn't just bad here--it doesn't exist. The staff looked at me like I had just ruined their day by daring to bring them business. I asked questions, they rolled their eyes. I called for updates, they dodged my calls like I was a debt collector. Professionalism? Nope. Accountability? Not a chance. They told me my car would be ready "in a day." Apparently, in their world, a "day" actually means "over a week of excuses, lies, and waiting." And when I finally got my car back, guess what? The original problem was STILL there--plus a couple of new issues they generously "added" for free. And then the cherry on top? A bloated, mystery bill with no explanation. Like, wow--thanks for nothing! This shop is basically a black hole where time, money, and vehicles go to die. If you enjoy being scammed, ignored, and disrespected, by all means--come here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and drive PAST this place without even slowing down.

We bought a little Chevy from them & at first there were minor issues (that we were not informed…read moreof) such as the windows stopped working weeks after we got the car, then it was the AC. Easy to fix.. Then my car wouldn't start, took it to a repair shop just find out that primos put the wrong battery in the car. Instead there was a golf cart battery in it. It went downhill from there.. Got a letter later when the car was almost paid off. The car had been in an accident & there was damage to the frame & it was totalled. Did more digging to find that the info stated in the letter was true. All this info Bob failed to tell my family & I. My car at the moment isn't operating despite the repairs made.. Needless to say I won't buy from primos again, Bob isn't an honest business man nor did he care to make it right. I hope this helps anyone to think twice about doing any deals with this company.

DO NOT GO HERE! Went here over the weekend and the woman who went with us on a couple of test…read moredrives, although just okay (she didn't show me ANYTHING on the cars at all...got the feeling she wasn't as knowledgeable), was not the one who was actually doing the sale. Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED!
