    When I noticed a charge for a pre-installed GPS tracker added to my total cost, I challenged Frank about it. He gave me the usual runaround, claiming all their cars come with this tracker. What they will not tell you is, if you're not financing (which I wasn't) through any dealership, it's illegal for them to force this cost on you. He said he would removed the fee, then suddenly the next day he "Texted" saying someone was buying the car right now. Know your legal rights!! Go to LoJack Fraud Center for yourself.

    Super rude weather motors shuttle driver had to wait for them to come out to get in our car.

    Couldn't get in our car driver parked super close to our driver side. So my 75 year old mother had to wait for this driver to come out of the store to get in her cars. Interesting shuttle. Certainly not very thoughtful or mindful. Guy rushed out never said a word to us and took off.

    Over priced. Cars come from rental companies noone takes care of a car rental so you're getting a car someone had dogged out.

Went here over the weekend and the woman who went with us on a couple of test drives, although just okay (she didn't show me ANYTHING on the cars at all...got the feeling she wasn't as knowledgeable), was not the one who was actually doing the sale. Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED!

I'm traveling through Boise and have run into a potential problem that may require information from my extended warranty. Since I'm traveling, I don't have access to the warranty at hand. I called the dealership and was connected to Christian who made it a point to get me to the right people with the right information so they can help me. He even gave me his personal cell number. I almost NEVER leave…read morereviews. and certainly never with a place I've never actually conducted business with in the first place.. 1) Filled out lead form on Cargurus 3 days ago. no one gets back to me. 2) so I filled out the website lead form 2 days ago. no one calls me back or even emails me. 3) try the AI chat and text options on the site. just automated repsonses that don't ever really respond. 4) call the sales floor number mulitple times throughout the day over last two days. phone just discounnets after maybe 4 rings. literally ignoring any possible way of a person TRYING TO BUY A CAR. WTF? is this place even real?

Last time I was here, they couldn't figure out that the issue with the car was a spark plug... they held the car for over 2 weeks, didn't fix it and made me pay $2,500 Took it to a different mechanic and they figured it out. This time I had several issues with the car and asked for a diagnosis. Seems like there are several things that need to be fixed... fine but then they quoted me $7,500 which was more than I bought the car for... so I said no, how much to just take it home. Jim said $750... then later calls my wife and says he misquoted me and it would be $1,500... So I go to pick up the car and they forgot to give me back the whole key. When I tried to call someone about this, service sent me to voicemail several times and then said to try coming by tomorrow morning, because people are off work at 5pm, I called them at 4:25pm... . Update 2/11/23 Showed up to see if they can find my key. James said "check the center console, we may have put it in there..." checked and nope... checked the possible spots, nothing... they have my key and I want it back. I was told if they can't find it they will cut me another one. I get better responses in person. They were able to make a replacement key from my other key. It only took a few hours out of my Saturday morning. I don't like to dis on local businesses, but don't treat me in a way where I have to warn other customers. Buyers beware! Leaving 2 stars, but should really only be one.
