I really don't know where to start…read more This morning around 2 am my driver called me and said the truck (18 wheeler) was placed out of service by CHP inspector at a scale located in Chowchilla, CA. and we could leave until all repairs to the tractor and trailer were completed. My driver being smart and on top of everything was able to get in touch with a mobile repair gentlemen who came out at that time and repaired the tractor issue. Unfortunately he did not have the right tools to repair my trailer. My driver and the first gentlemen were able to these gentlemen and they responded to the scale within one hour. Great response!! They arrived with all the right equipment and got straight to work. Within the first hour all the parts of the trailer axles were taken apart and they were on the road to the shop to place the new parts in and come back to install them. As far as their pricing, we all know being in this business it gets pricy to have you equipment repaired on the road. They charged me a one time $85 service call fee and after that $85 each hour. My first communication with Arnold over the phone was good as I was explained what was going to happen and the fees were. Also I was told that I will be contacted for approval if anything extra had to be changed or repaired. Arnold called me back after several hours of work and gave me a complete breakdown of everything that was done. He also said they will wait until my truck was completely done with the inspections and passed before they left the location. Great work ethic he has. Arnold work within 40 mile radius of Chowchilla and I would recommend him if you are in the area and need of roadside service. After all the hard labor and hours my total came out to $1,622 dollars.

They decided to "keep my car" and said they're take a look with a diagnostics test, then they call me the same day after I already got a rental because I thought THEY'd fix the issue; saying "oh come pick up the car its good to good, we didn't find any issues" MIND. I just bought the car from WESTERN MOTORS DEALERSHIP Aug of 2024; Then just recently, the car went into limp mode so I took it back to the service department & they ran a diagnostics and saw that my SPARK PLUGS AND COIL were bad and need replacement which LOL I TOOK my car there in February 2025 and TOLD them that was the issue but got looked at like I'm dumb. Anyways, and then proceeded to tell me that they will keep my car for a few days until warranty covers the parts and then start the repair... I said no way because that means I pay for a rental AGAIN, and have to pay them for their labor and the storage fees & whatever the repair costs which was dumb because it's literally an EASY fix I know this because I took my car from there right away to a family friend who is a mechanic and he told me this is literally an hour- 1/2 hour job. And they fixed it right away. And my car has been running so well. I just wish that Maricela actually took my concerns seriously instead of brushing me off and running around the bush with me. Going to definitely consult with a lawyer to return my car to them because they sold me a car without even properly making sure things were right fully with it. And this service department sucks on top of it, just cuz I'm a girl they made it seem like I'm stupid. Even charged me 100$ for the diagnostic test when LOL I had already previously told them what the issue is.
