If I could give a 0 I would. Do not go here. I went to get my nails done yesterday and scheduled an appointment for 11:30am I was not seen until 12 and when I was my pedicure was rushed and my full set manicure looks terrible. I gave the artist a specific design and she said she was able to accomplish the look and was unable to even create the nail shape. I left feeling very defeated and sad. If you go here just prepare to be disappointed. I will have to get my nails redone tomorrow by someone new. read more

The absolute WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Disgustingly dirty and unsanitary, the salon and the employees clothes! Thinking about reporting them. The mani/pedi (if that is what you would call what I had) was so fast and rough, no attention given at all. It appeared they just wanted the money and have you leave. mani/pedi complete in 30 minutes. The technicians were so loud and noisy, I felt like I was at a foreign slumber party, not at all relaxing. Never again expensive and a completely horrible experience. I am surprised they can stay in business. Never will I ever go there again! They should be ashamed of themselves! This is my first time coming to this salon, but it will not be the last time. Customer service here is excellent, I was treated very nice, and was asked several times throughout the service if I was comfortable and if I needed anything. Tammy was my nail tech, very sweet and easy to talk to. She also helped me to pick the color for my nails, and she was so right. At the end of my service, my nails look perfect, and I was extremely happy with the results. Hygiene and covid safety protocols in place which made me feel safe. I will recommend this spa to anyone I know, because I know they will be happy with the service as I am. I had a simple gel manicure and pedicure. She did a really bad job applying the nail polish. It looks like a 6 years old did my nails.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for their grand opening. They are offering 30% off all services for the month of August so I couldn't resist. I called to make an appointment, but they do have an online booking system. They send text reminders which is always nice. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. There are a ton of colors to choose from. Being that they just opened, they were having trouble with the hot water. They mentioned that someone is coming to fix it tomorrow and offered me a voucher since the pedicure was a tad cold. The customer service was top notch. Tammy did a great job with my pedi and really worked hard on my gel mani. I had gel on my nails that took quite some time to remove, but she didn't complain. Tammy was friendly and put a really pretty sticker design on my nails. I also want to mention that they have plexiglass at the manicure stations, masks, temperature readings when you walk in, and disposable liners in the pedi station. They throw away all of the buffers, nail files, and pumice stones after they use them. I definitely plan to go back. read more

Each visit I experienced an issue but they were minor until the final straw when they, in an attempt to rush the appointment I scheduled, burned my fingers. I've been getting SNS for about 5 YEARS & have never experienced anything remotely close to this horrible. First they used a metal drill on my nails. I've had this done before but the way they did it, it got so hot that it burned my nail & brought me to tears. After bringing me to tears, they stopped & had me place my fingers in a bowl of acetone which I've done before as well. However, they actually microwaved the acetone. The fumes coming off of the hot acetone was so strong, I couldn't stop coughing & when I placed my nails it, it felt like my fingers were on fire. The thing that was most upsetting was that Nancy immediately said "oh it's a chemical reaction" & pulled my hand out. After all that, Nancy complained & said I should just do gel. In an effort to get out ASAP, I did & left. I've been getting my nails done for years & have never had such a horrible experience where people didn't follow health standards & microwaved acetone. It's one thing to work fast but another to place customers in danger. read more

I was able to go in very quick and get a reg pedicure (you get your feet scrubbed, nails shaped, cut and cleaned, massage, hot towel, and painted nails). I was really impressed on the service because I usually do my own toes since that one salon messed my toes up. I will be definitely coming again. The price is really good too. read more
