    Green spots on natural nail

I got a dipping powder manicure 2 weeks ago and was very happy at the time with the way they looked. Fast forward two weeks, and I started seeing a dark spot underneath the color on my thumb. I removed that section myself and saw a green spot under my natural nail which when I looked it up says it's "water mold" caused from poor technique or poor tech hygiene. I then removed the rest of the dipping powder and 4 of the 5 nails on my right hand have these green spots. I have never gotten anything like this from any other salon. It is so disgusting. I will not be returning, this place is not clean at all.

I'm a type of person who rarely gets her nails done but in desperate need of a little pampering, I made a spontaneous trip to this salon after a hard workout. I went in for a gel manicure (which a few of my friends highly recommended) and got persuaded into getting the dipping power instead. The whole experience felt rushed and unenjoyable. No hot towel, no soaking, no cuticle touch-ups, and you can still see the leftover nail polish I had on before. And to top it off: I wasn't thrilled about the color. But telling the manicurist made no difference. After I agreed to the dipping power, she sped through the whole process and swiped my credit card. There was only one other customer in the room. I was pretty disappointed. I value good customer service, even if the quality itself isn't ideal. Unfortunately, I left dissatisfied and this salon did not meet my expectations.

Mia did great on these gel nails

Very nice, quiet, more relaxing place to get your nails done. Mia is doing my pedi as I type and if I wasn't writing this review I'd be sleep from how gentle she she and the soft jazz in the background. Four stars for being a little pricey. Spa pedicure is $40! But Mia makes up for it with her skill and personality. Quality over cost! I'm definitely coming back!

He was great conversationalist, really openly valued me coming to their salon which was sweet and appreciated. He was so fast, i was AMAZED at how he did such a good gel manicure in such little time. The salon is so clean, chairs are comfortable, LOTS of color options. Prices are good, pretty standard for the area

But I'm taking 1 star (and maybe is more like a solid 3.8 service) have mixed feelings about the service, since I think it was quite overpriced for the end result. The color catseye polish is beautiful and the nails have never felt this strong (I was a dip and powder girlie, until it became too harsh for my nail bed and stop doing my nails at all), although the detailing of the painting left me a little disappointed, since the edges of my nail (not the cuticle area) are already fading at 12 days, the lady really didn't paint the sides of my nail, and I have to show her while she thought she was done. It felt like she was practicing shaping and painting on me when I got charged $78 (tax and tip not a included) for it I've seen what other people got around me and looked very lovely, I will give them a try again, since it's supposedly less expensive to "fill in" this gel, I would definitely not go with catseye polish unless I'm ready to spend another $15 more, but as for nail strength, I will recommend getting the hybrid gel!

I love anything spa and wellness and I've had plenty of facials, but this one was different. Maria starts with the consultation where she ensures she agrees with your consensus of what type of skin you have and why you're there to see her. She shares facts and data points that I found super useful when evaluating what I needed to change to take care of my face. You'll get some steam to open pores, extraction, mask, massage, moisture, etc. I opted for the biogenic facial. It's ideal for those of you that want to start with a fresh palette. She'll also tell you what to do when you leave her office and how to see continued results. Yes, I left with some products, but they're all natural, organic, and I purchased the core products I don't already have in my (overindulgent) product world. The coolest thing Maria introduced me to and recommended - this electromagnetic something or other that she'd run over some type of bee pollen powder to almost create a barrier between your face, the cleansing it just got, and helping with healing and closing everything back up. It's apparently very common in the Ukraine and Russia. It doesn't hurt, just feels like an electric current is going across your face. I can't describe that eloquently, but it's cool and I bought into it. Maria will fix you up. Come here for some improvements. She offers a variety of services. I'll be back.

Geeta takes time to properly prepare the skin prior to waxing and gives great tips for post-wax care such as ensuring hair is at the right length for waxing and avoiding certain products / activities that could have an adverse impact. Parking is easy at this location because there is a decent-sized outdoor parking lot. This review is not about their work -- I've always been treated well during my appointments. Unfortunately, it's the customer service that has left me deeply disappointed, hurt, and frankly humiliated. After my most recent wax appointment, I suffered a burn in a very sensitive area. Accidents happen, and I initially reached out simply to inform the salon and seek support. Instead of being met with care or professionalism, I was dismissed and blamed, with customer service telling me I "must have a skin condition" -- a completely baseless and insensitive claim. I submitted a formal complaint through the salon's website, hoping for a more appropriate response. To my shock, the same employee who had already dismissed me called and asked me to send photos of my private parts -- without offering any apology, support, or remedy. This was highly inappropriate and made me extremely uncomfortable. Trying to resolve the situation, I went to the salon in person to show photos of the injury. Even after seeing the images, the staff member claimed she "couldn't see anything," so I was left with no choice but to show her the injury in person -- an experience that was deeply humiliating. To make matters worse, I ended up having time and money at urgent care, where I was diagnosed with burns and skin erosion in different areas, and prescribed treatment. This entire ordeal has been painful, degrading, and completely at odds with the way a regular, loyal client should be treated. Again, this isn't about the technician, as they all have been respectful and professional. This is about a severe failure in customer service -- a lack of compassion, accountability, and basic decency when a client is clearly in distress. I expected much better from a place I had trusted for over a year. I only decided to call to ensure the issue was reported and to find out what could have caused that - as I have got wax services for decades and never had any issues. I wasn't calling to get aggravated and humiliated by the way I was treated on the phone and then in person. So, for that reason, I am only giving this location a 1 start. They need to train their front desk person as she lacks customer service experience.
