I had called asking about a lash lift and tint. The girl on the phone was sweet and helpful, said I could start with the lift and see if I wanted tint depending on how it turned out (insinuating all same day tx.) The prices are reasonable too, a little cheaper than some other spas I checked out. I said ok thats fair enough and booked an appointment. When I got there, my lash tech wasn't that friendly and didnt have good customer service skills. She didnt stop at any point to see how I was doing or ask if I was comfortable etc like you would at any other treatment facility. Worst part is..after the lift she didnt even let me get the tint! Said I would have to make a whole separate appointment and come back for that. Probably because I was the last appt before her weekend? I dont know what her reasoning is but I didnt appreciate that at all and felt like I got jipped. She sent me home with 2-3 mascara wands with instructions to keep them clean and that was it. The lift only lasted like 2 weeks. No one noticed or complimented them either. Mind you I already have long lashes as it is. The lift didnt add much to my look at all. Tip: Don't waste your time any money on a lift unless you already have crazy long voluminous lashes already..go straight to the falsies or just use mascara at home. Lure Lash is a really beautiful facility, with street parking available and a plaza parking lot just a short walk away. I booked online for an afternoon Lash Lift with Tashia. Tashia was super fun and professional and did a good job making me feel at ease for my first ever lash lift. I did have to mention to her that I had booked for the add-ons online, so I would say it's a good idea to bring that up if you do the same as there didn't seem to be a chart or anything to indicate it otherwise. They were out of the eye pads regardless. The whole process took a little under an hour and I almost fell asleep during it a few times, lying down in the chair. There was a real wow factor when Tashia showed me my lashes after the fact, but when I got home I noticed that some of the lashes were curled too inward on my right eye, to the point where they poke my eyelid and it's a little bit uncomfortable. On my left eye, the lashes are a little straighter than the right, so the overall effect is a smidge uneven. The only other thing to note is that there was some sort of yellow gunk stuck to the bottom of my lashes that I wasn't expecting and had to pick off. Worked out well in general! Not sure I'd do it all again though. read more

I specifically go out of my way to drive to this location, which is further from my house than the ones in Madison and Montclair. The reason I do so is because I find that this place trains their technicians much better. My lashes are always fuller and last much longer so that when I'm back for my 3 week refill there are more than 5 left on each eye like at the other places. There is only one receptionist that I didn't feel was friendly but otherwise most of the staff here are wonderful. read more

So I went here just to remove lashes that were done horribly and gave me a real bad irritation. They were very pleasant and the service was great. Inside the decor is an open layout which reminds me of a eyebrow threading place. I do like better when there's more privacy in case you fall asleep while doing your lashes and start snoring ex(the girl next to me was this day lol) The removal process was quick and painless and she didn't take any of my lashes out. One thing I didn't like was that I had to pay extra for the under eye gel patch. I feel this should just be included or something in the price. Very nice place. I can not recommend ivy more! She is the best. I've been to all locations of lure lash and most of the technicians are good. But I will be a regular of Ivy! My lashes are not the easiest for application some of them are straight and some are extremely curl. In order to get the look I like, Ivy put three different kind of curls on my lashes! I don't want to be too picky about my lashes so every time I went to lure lash I just kind explain the look I like and give the rest of the work to the technicians. I got my lashes (Captivating Allure style) done here on Tuesday and by Thursday morning they were gone. I followed the maintenance guidelines and did not get them wet for the first 24hrs, lay on my face or use any product near them. This was the biggest waste of time and $125. I was so upset since I got them done for my 20 year reunion. I've left messages at the shop and no one has call me back. If you have a major event, do not risk it. Find another company. read more

Super love this place. Been getting lashes here and at the other location at Metuchen for 2 years now ! Always get the LV captivating gorgeous D curl in the longest lash they have and always love it. These lashes look so natural and amazing. I almost never wear make up with these lashes because they make my eyes look so great, I don't need make up with them. Which really is so great for my morning routine and minimizes time to get ready dramatically. Favorite tech at this location is Jasmine! Always does a great job with my lashes and makes the procedure so comfortable, sometimes I fall asleep. Had a problem when trying a different tech and learned a little too late that if you have a problem with your lashes, you should call within 3 days and you get a complimentary fix !! Which actually is a great policy as long as you are made aware. I didn't know this since I have never had a problem with my lashes before. But my lashes from my last visit started falling out that very same day 5-6 lashes at a time twice a day when I brushed them. Didn't get my lashes wet for 24 hours or sleep on them or do anything different than I have been for the past two years. Anyway, the owner Anna called me back to work it out with me and I am going back for a fix even though I called a little later than 3 days. Definitely will be calling sooner though if I ever have a problem again. I have to say I still love lure lash.
