He clearly said yes, so I assumed the discount would automatically be applied during billing. After waiting for the service to be completed, I noticed at the payment counter that the full amount had been charged. When I asked about the discount, the lady at the counter told me I was supposed to physically show the coupon. I explained that I had already confirmed the discount eligibility with their staff member and assumed it had been factored into the pricing. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they immediately shifted the blame onto me. The workshop employee was called over and conveniently changed his statement, claiming he had told me to show the coupon at the counter -- which was simply not true. The issue was never about the $10. It was about honesty, accountability, and customer service. A customer-friendly business would have either honored the discount or at least offered a future credit as a goodwill gesture. Instead, they seemed more interested in saving every possible penny while making the customer feel at fault. I honestly cannot remember the last time I experienced such a poor and dismissive attitude toward a customer. Would not recommend this place.

Their work is dangerous, unsafe and unreliable. I came in to get new tires and brakes, and it turned into a nightmare. They replaced all four tires and the next day my car alerted me to check tire pressure. I went back and they said they had overinflated the FRONT tires to 70 PSI literally double the recommended 35 PSI. That is so dangerous i can't even believe it but I was like okay mistakes happen you know. Next day the alert popped up again i took it back they said the REAR tires were overinflated to 70 PSI. Now im like are they joking are they pranking me becuase what is even going on. I gave it another chance but AGAIN on the third day it said check tire pressure i took it back and they said the valve on the back wheel was broken something that should have been caught on one of the FOUR trips that i had made before. i never got these constant check tire pressure alerts before going there they had broke it. I dont know what they were doing were they playing with it or were they lying about checking. This was three days of wasted time, back and forth, and constant stress. As for the brakes, they installed the cheapest, lowest-quality pads imaginable. They squeak with every wheel rotation constantly when im driving under 30 mph, brake or slow down its ear-piercing and embarrassing. I didnt even take my car back for them to hear the brakes becuase i know theyre gonna make up some excuse for why squeaking is normal. Its been 600 miles since i got them changed the sound should have gone away!! I took my car to two other reputable shops afterward nothing was mechanically wrong the noise is literally only because of their substandard parts. What gets me is that nothing was wrong with my car before i went there was only problems after i left. Dont be like me dont waste your time money and effort go somewhere else

That was three days ago, and I still haven't heard a single update. I called to follow up and never received a phone call back. This after following up multiple times and getting the runaround. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They damage your property and then disappear instead of taking responsibility. If you value your car and your time, stay far away from this place. The lack of honesty and customer service is unbelievable.

No major up-selling, just called out a couple of things (suggested the fuel system cleaning service for $99.99, and topped off our transmission fluid for $4.99). Immediately after noticing the damage, I contacted Valvoline customer care. I was placed on a three-way call with the store manager, who--before even reviewing a single photo--dismissed the incident by saying it "sounded like a rock" caused the damage. After I submitted photos and went in person to speak with Matt, I physically demonstrated to him how the bar lined up exactly with the scratch. He acknowledged this at the time and told me he would follow up with quality control by the end of the day. Later, I received another three-way call with Matt and customer service, only to be told my claim was denied because video footage supposedly showed no damage. When I requested to see the video, I was refused. To make matters worse, Matt contradicted what we had just reviewed in person, suddenly claiming the bar did not match, despite my clear demonstration. This behavior came across as evasive and dishonest. My car is brand new, and I know every detail of it. The damage aligns exactly with the hood bar, and I also have supporting video evidence of my own showing this. Instead of being treated fairly, I have been dismissed, gaslit, and denied transparency in the review process. Not only have you lost a LOYAL customer but youve tainted my entire experience of trusting a company with my money.

    EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!…read more So I typically don't go outside the dealer for any repairs however, I felt like I needed to go immediately as I thought I had a nail in my tire. When I get there, I automatically assume there's a nail in my tire and ask them to plug it. The gentleman checked the tire and told me I didn't have a nail and if I was still having problems- to bring it back. I ended up bringing it back the next day because it sounded like something was in my tire. When I got there, another guy took my car, drove it around the block and then put my car on the lift. It was determined that I had a dent in my rim so they said they would check for rims and call me back. The kicker is - when they put my car on the lift and spun the wheels, whatever was in the tires fell out (not actually in the tire but somewhere in between). I no longer heard a noise- so I told the guy and asked him how much - he was super humble and said I didn't owe him anything because they didn't repair anything. My dealer !!!?? Wanted $250 just to LOOK at it. Because of that one noble gesture - they found a new client in me! They tell you what you need to- don't try to rip you off or overcharge you - this is an honest establishment/ I would definitely recommend!
