I asked about some make up brush and a sales associate told me unfortunately EDC weekend wiped out their inventory. How come most products don't have testers? Of the few items I ended up purchasing, one lip liner is practically a weird burnt orange color!!! WTHeck!? Ugh!!! And the blurring powder foundation ended up being too dark for my skintone. If there were testers available, I would have saved myself the disappointment and wouldn't have bought some items. Granted, most basic cosmetic items are like $1.55 but still. Oh and all sales are final. Not even an exchange for unopened items. They also have plenty of hair accessories, purse/phone charms, tons of skin care (serums, moisturizers, face masks), perfumes and jewelry. Of the total of nine items I purchased, only five items were to my satisfaction. A pair of earrings, perfume, make up brush, anti-acne serum and a face mask sheet. Everything else was trash, especially the lip "plumping" gloss. No plumping effect whatsoever. Unfortunately, that went in the garbage. Seriously....get some dang testers on display!

The sales people are always nice and engaging and the folks dressing the displays are wizards (and fascinating conversationalists). The merch - well, it's Chanel. Say no more. Incidentally, my wife has had great experiences with having Chanel items repaired or altered through their official channels. When you make a connection with a salesperson, save their card and try to stay in touch. Maybe swing by and say hello when you're in town but not shopping. When you're looking for something, when you need help with something - reach out: you'll be amazed at the assistance a truly professional Chanel salesperson can and will happily give. There'll be a professional and pleasant pair of guards manning the doors to the store. Don't get offended. In the process, she evaluated my skin, provided her expertise on the products, and allowed me to sample a few of the sunscreens. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but she is friendly, well-informed, and guiding. In fact, after purchasing the sun cream and lip tint, she offered free samples (i.e. face mask, CC cream, and snail ampoule) to my sister and I. The prices of the products are cheaper compared to other Vegas K-Beauty stores I have visited, which are a bit pricier. For anyone seeking K-Beauty, I recommend this store. This little store may be small but there's so much inventory. One side was a HUGE wall of lash strips and the other side was full of different kinds of makeup brushes. The lighting is everything...think "Instagram lighting"...making your face flawless. Plenty of testers available and they were clean too. Also, the two females working on Saturday, Aug 10 were so helpful. Very conversational as well. I ended up getting my Makeup Shack brand lipliner in Nutty Brown. Also I was happy to see Italia brand because I use their eyeliner pencils to shape/fill in my brows. These pencils seem harder to come by nowadays. Didn't need anymore lipsticks but the female that was helping me had a lip color combo that looked so good I asked her what products she was using. She showed me the lipstick she used by Beauty Creations. Great prices too. All three items only came out to be about $14. Will def be back!!
