This is my guilty pleasure. Everytime I go to Las Vegas, I stop here and stock up. Do I have a Lush near my house? Yes. But there is just something I enjoy about Lush in Las Vegas. As my partner is working, I'm soaking in the tub relaxing. This time one night I heard a voice from the other room: is that one of your bath bombs?? He could smell the joyous scent of whatever I was using and it permeated the whole suite. He was able to enjoy the relaxing aroma. This trip he actually went with me to Lush to see what it was all about and lucky me walked out with a ton of stuff, so I'm glad he kind of sort of got to enjoy some of it. This trip I was suckered into buying a banana shampoo and banana conditioner (@$27ish each). First of all, I wanted to eat the shampoo! It smells so good and the consistency really was like smooshed bananas. After, my hair was REALLY clean. It took away so much of the residue from my serums, sprays and leave in conditioners. Second of all, my hair was so super soft and silky. Someone couldn't stop stoking my hair because it just felt so nice. I'm not sure I will use that shampoo and conditioner forever, but for now it's so nice and I'm really enjoying it. Next time I have to remember to get some of the face mask I like there. Yes. I'm a sucker for Lush. Highly recommended. After going there 3 days in a row on the last trip, I'm pretty much a member of the family. Everyone there knew me by name when I walked in. LOL read more

Perfect experience at this Lush location. I walked in spur of the moment to buy a bath bomb because my hotel room has an insanely huge bathtub. I was greeted right away and asked if I was looking for a specific type of bath bomb. I said no but the Black Rose one immediately drew my eye. I picked that one and asked the employee helping me (Cindi) if they sold moisturizer. Cindi showed me my options and asked what kind of skin type I had and we settled on the Celestial one. When I was checking out, Cindi threw in a sample of the Sticky Date body wash. Great service from Cindi, the store looked gorgeous, smelled amazing, overall perfect shopping experience. Loved that this is so close to Planet Hollywood, in the Miracle Mile Shops, right next to Dry Bar. *The Black Rose bathbomb did leave a pink residue on the tub but I was able to wipe it away. read more

Love this Lush store! It's located in the miracle mile shops, right by a casino entrance for planet Hollywood, for easy access. Though it is a small store, they are well stocked and the sales associates are friendly, adept at making conversation with the mostly tourists who visit the store and are looking for some bath goodies to enjoy in their hotel rooms and for their kids. Apparently the design of this store was inspired by Wes Anderson's film Asteroid City? Very nice store. We walked in and we were greeted promptly. The young lady working there was very helpful and kind. She was knowledgeable and assisted my wife in selecting a few cool items to bring home. We found the variety and selection to be just wonderful. Lush has a lot of quality personal care items. I was staying at the Cosmopolitan across the street for a few nights. I had a room with a nice Japanese soaking tub there so I really needed some bath bombs. This location is right by or in front of Sephora at the Miracle Mall I believe. I forgot exactly at the entrance from the strip. On July 6th, I tried to make a purchase that day but it was closed early in the middle of the afternoon so assume there was an emergency of some sort or lack of staff, so I was slightly annoyed. Luckily, I'm only across the street so I stopped by there the next day on July 7th and it was open! I don't normally shop at Lush so I wasn't really sure what to get. I don't remember who helped me sadly but she had long blonde hair. She was very helpful and kind. She showed me all the bath bombs they had and also showed me the bubble bath bars I had no idea existed lol I am very indecisive when so many choices are presented. There were so many selections that smelled so good and looked so pretty but I went with the Lucky Cat Bubble Ba, Black Rose Bath Bomb, and the Sex Bomb Bath Bomb. I really enjoyed my purchase. My kiddo had a blast shopping here. she ended up walking out of here with 4 bath bombs. she loved the sparkly black rose bath bomb. I really liked one of the seasonal ones, the penguin. it wasn't so sparkly but it was colorful and hydrating. I love that my lil one is always able to find something that is going to be safe and natural for her. I don't worry about too many chemicals and things when she shops here. My first time in a Lush store anywhere--just not a place I tend to visit for my day-to-day needs--and appreciated many of the things that they had to offer. Staff was taking COVID very seriously, maybe almost too seriously. I definitely understand and agree with the need for masks, but that does make it very difficult to smell most of the products and the suggestion about where to place the product to smell it was not particularly effective. Also interesting is that there doesn't seem to be a concern about touching the testers, just lowering your mask to smell them, which seems inconsistent. When things return to normal I could see coming here to score some gifts. Unfortunately they did not offer anything unique to Vegas, whether it was packaging or products, which was a bit disappointing and gap in their offerings, for sure. read more

Then my hand turned red swollen, irritated, in pain in certain areas. , They said it never happens and ask me to call customer service. It is 7:37pm the 800 number closes at 6pm. I always swore to myself that I'd never step foot into Lush for fear of inciting a dangerous obsession to all of their products. And who hasn't heard of Lush? From their iconic bath bombs to their fun and playful shower jellies, it's home to many beauty and skincare products that showcase their own sense of originality and flair. Well an upcoming eurotrip finally got me to step inside this overly fragrant shop in search of shampoo and conditioner bars. Upon walking in, I'll admit that a huge part of me was intimidated by all of the different products. Having gone from a VIB Rouge at Sephora (aka I spent way too much money on makeup products) many years ago to a minimalist drug store advocate, it was very hard for me to really treat myself because I had gotten so used to buying just the things I needed. But NO, alas, I'm sure Lush employees and fanatics from around the world will gladly argue with me that their products are very much NEEDS and not so much DESIRES. And it's true. After I came and experienced Lush firsthand I was completely floored. Yes, I truly did need this high level of customer service and attention! Alright, so shopping with the boyfriend is always an "in and out" type of deal. I never stay too long inside a shop for fear of getting the good ol' "are you done yet?" or "how much longer is this gonna take?" But I know that girlfriends (and boyfriends) can breathe a sigh of relief at the fact that they have CHAIRS FOR YOU TO SIT DOWN!!! CHAIRS. Just simply open one up and have the other half take a seat while you willingly give your soul to the Lush employee so that they can find the best products for you. I typically like to shop by myself because I don't like the typical sales route where the employees recommend great products but they're of course the most expensive ones. There were two employees on the floor and both were eager to help me but were sadly swooped by other customers so I spent my time browsing the products while waiting for help because, boy, did I need it. Finally, Taylor came around to explain some of their shampoo bar products to me and asked me some questions about what I was looking for and what type of hair I had. I needed something that would strip the oils away from my hair as I have very oily hair and I also needed a conditioner that would leave my hair silky smooth but not rendering it back to an overly oily state. Given my answers, she suggested the Jumping Juniper shampoo bar ($10.95) and The Pumps conditioner bar ($17.95). I know. THAT MUCH FOR SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER?! I was pretty skeptical at first but I was willing to give it a try. Taylor reassured me that their return policy was actually really customer friendly. If I try out a product and don't like it I can return it within 31 days of original purchase even if I've used it. If I lose the receipt, I can still return it and get store credit. Now just the thought of that made me very happy to put my money into this company! I also decided to purchase Fresh Farmacy face cleanser because since I was already here I figured I might as well get a solid cleansing product as well. I love that they sell this one by the pound, which happened to be $54 per pound but since I only needed it for about 2 weeks I bought a $5 chunk which is well over 30+ uses. I swear, I've used it 5 times already and I don't even think I've made a dent. Jumping Juniper: THIS SERIOUSLY REMOVES OIL. Like I couldn't believe how much oil it removed from my air but wow was I impressed. It's surprisingly very soapy and has a rich lather and smells absolutely delightful. I highly recommend this for travelers! The Plumps: I absolute love this. I wanted this because it not only provided silky smooth hair but was also anti frizz and anti tangle, two necessary things especially during the cold October month in Europe. I'm still skeptical on the price though, so I may try out Big for ($12.95) and update on which I prefer more, but so far I love this one. Fresh Farmacy: absolutely lovely. It smells divine and it truly cleans my face. I especially love that my face doesn't get immediately only after five to ten minutes like my face usually does when I use Bioré or Neutrogena face washes. This is definitely a must have! -- Overall, I am a converted Lush fanatic. I highly recommend coming here to purchase their solid shampoo, soap, conditioner, and face cleansers for travelers who want to take advantage of the limited liquid allowance for carry-ons (because who wants to go through the hassle of checked baggage?!). Everything in a Lush store looks colorful, fun, inviting.  Fighting the urge to smell each item may be a challenge.  Store reps are knowledgeable and friendly.  They want you to want to try out their testers.  Re-read that if you need to.  But don't hold back in trying it out; they'll be happy to do a demo.  Since you're up in there smelling everything... Products are in a solid, gel or cream form (except their Gorilla scents), for cleansers, moisturizers, aromatherapy.  Focus areas from hair, face, body... including armpits.  Products (bars) I've purchased that I favor are 'Fresh Farmacy' for my oily skin in the summer.  And 'King of Skin' body moisturizer.  These are neat.  Held between your palms to warm it up and use like a lotion after shower.  For my future travels, being that having too many bottles in my luggage may cause confiscation, I got 'Shades of Earl Gray' and 'From Dusk Til Dawn' moisture bars.  This should be better for traveling. Lush is environmentally friendly and community charity involved.  Organic all natural and handmade products.  Healthier non-chemical agents for your hair and skin.  Store carries much of the better products in the health and beauty sector.  You'll either love shopping here, maybe even working here cuz their mission seems awesome and high standard.  Either way, you're a Lush nerd.  I however, will always love standing in a store and taking long whiffs of aromatherapeutic serenity. read more

My hotel has a nice tub, so I came to this lush to purchase bath bombs. The best thing about this lush is the location! It's connected to the hotel and I can just run downstairs to get the bath bombs. However the service here is not the best. I'm used to friendly staff at any other lush, but that doesn't exist here. I've always had excellent experiences at Lush and especially at this location. The employees are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various products in the store. During this particular visit one of the employees was truly exceptional and I'll visit again because of her. Abby immediately welcomed me to the store and checked on me to see what I was looking for. She even took a few minutes to ask where I was visiting from and other questions that showed she was interested in her customers. She explained several different items to me and even gave me a demonstration with a bath bubble product. She shared her personal favorites and encouraged me to buy some of the limited time items instead of the ones that are always in stock. I have been to various Lush stores to just briefly look through their stuff, but this time around I ended up buying things for myself and my boyfriend. Fernanda greeted us during this visit and asked us if we needed assistance. I mentioned to her that I had an issue with my dry skin, especially around the nose area. She stated that she could assist me by providing me options to try out in store. She offered me a facial mask and scrub to try out then and there. The mask one smelled pretty good, would have to use it once a week, but the downside was I had to wear it for 10 to 15 minutes and I knew that wouldn't work with my schedule. The next product she had me try was a scrub that had lavender in it. The smell wasn't as pleasant like the first, but I could just use a bit of the product, mix with water, put it on my face, and then rinse it off with warm water without the wait. It worked pretty fast and I could feel the difference on my hand. I was told I would have to use it everyday both night and day, but the process to do so was really fast. I was sold and bought a pre-made container of it, but she did say that I could have them adjust the weight since they price by weight of the product. I ended up getting that scrub, a bath bomb, and had a sample of a soap that was suggested to us that would help dry skin, which I gave to my boyfriend to use. We also got a catalog of their products and didn't realize that they had so many products to offer and that they don't test on animals. I recently started using more Lush products besides their bath bombs & am very happy! Their face wash & hair styling creme have been fantastic! Plus the lip color really lasts! The customer service has been fantastic too. The employees have always taken the time to explain the products to me & help me find what's best for my skin/hair. The products are pricey but have all been great! The only thing I'm on the fence about is the shampoo bar. This type of store doesn't really do it for me. But every time we visit it because the rest of my family enjoys it we get great service. Somebody always says hi to me and checks if i need anything. They are always outgoing and make you feel comfortable. The products always seem interesting. read more

I went into the store with the intention of buying something, but not knowing what. Luckily one of the girls guided me into exactly what I wanted, the Mask of Magnaminty. It's super refreshing and I love the smell. I also was given a sample of a lip scrub, Mint Julips, which smells and tastes great. Lush never disappoints. I love how they use natural materials and components to create their soaps, bath bombs, lotions, and so much more. Some items are a bit pricier than others but once you use them you realize everything is of high quality and well worth the money. read more
