Went here as it is one of my favorite stores! Scents are great and there's almost always sales going on in the store. Workers are very nice and friendly, they are very helpful! Definitely worth coming in and taking a visit.

This is your typical Bath & Body Works location but I find this one to be very well stocked. You know how some of their shops have shelves that look half empty? Not here. It's a small location but the service is always good and they always have what I want or need. Nice products that are overpriced (so wait for a sale). Give them your e-mail address for special coupons and offers.

Placed almost right across Papyrus at the Fashion Show Mall, BBW's scents drew me in from a good 20 feet away yesterday as I paced along the shops with a galpal. We were overwhelmed with an aura of summer, their new line of tropical scents arranged in such a cute way by the entrance - what girl could say no to that - but that wasn't exactly the highlight of our visit. Apparently, GLITTER is the new in - certain scents like 'Paris Amour' (my signature favourite) now have GLITTER body mists, GLITTER lotion, GLITTER hand scrub and GLITTER body mousse. The latter took us aback sooo much because, just like hair mousse, you fizz it onto your palms and as you lather it up your skin, it brews and sizzles! 'It must be the whole Twilight glittering vampire craze that's going on,' I joked, 'Looks like BBW's on team Edward' And what's even more amazing is how the scent stayed on my skin the very next day. You would think it fades by night but no, this bottle is worth every dollar for every ounce - that's $12.50 for 3.5oz/104ml if I remember well. Unfortunately, not all their scents have been given the priviledge of having their own glitter extension products. My friend was hoping they had it for 'Be Enchanted' and 'Twilight Woods' but they didn't so we asked the sales assistants if there was a way we could request to have them made or have old products brought back in. They recommended calling in the number printed on our receipts - I believe it's BBW's customer service number - and if you have any feedback to give them, they'd be happy to take your opinions into consideration. Oh and by the way, did you know that BBW and Victoria's Secret are sister companies? Be sure to check out VS just a floor below.

We got there early on Saturday to arrive to an extremely hot building, their ac had gone out. I was under the impression I had already paid for the event so we decided to stay and try to tough it out. They informed us they had water but didn't have cups, there is literally a restaurant next door that I would have asked them for some cups to help out my guest but the owner didn't think it was important to go get cups to provide for us in that heat! The class was pretty disorganized and all over the place. Everyone had too much down time with not much to keep us busy. I didn't ask why but they make us leave the candles and come get them the next day. They told us they would be there no problem and if we wanted we could even come Monday to get them. They were not there when we came Sunday and come to find out they're also closed on Monday & Tuesdays. I then came by Wednesday and to my surprise they were closed again. There was a sign on the door saying they closed early and would see us Wednesday- which it was. To help you understand, they also had us leave our names and phone numbers with our candles. With this being some people's presents they were making to give to their mom for Mother's Day, that definitely would not have been able to do so. And this was the experience I got for my mom to enjoy all week. You think they would at least call everyone and let us know when they were planning to open again so we could retrieve the candles we had already paid for. Which after the class they made us pay full price not even offering a discount for the inconvenience. We finally got ahold of someone on Friday and let them know we were headed to get the candles, she said awesome, I'll have them ready for you. And made excuses for why they hadn't been open. Said they decided to remain closed to get the air fixed. (Which, like I said, they should have called) We arrived, the air was still broken, and the candles were not ready. She never once apologized. Very unprofessional. Save your time and money.

The class was super fun, you're allowed to sniff through a variety of scents, and the host of the class was bright and fun and super personable. It was fun sniffing our way through the scents to create our perfect candle. The actual making of the candle after choosing our scents was super easy as well. After the candle class, we also just enjoyed walking around and sniffing through all of the store's candles on offer, and my friends bought a variety of room sprays, incense, and more. The experience was $55 per person, which is pretty good for getting to make two candles of your own. I highly recommend getting a few friends together and having a nice afternoon out making candles!

It was really hard to make a selection because so many of the candles had such lovely scents. The candle is in a mason type jar, and great thought was given to presentation. The swirling pattern of the candle as it was poured is one of the nice features. The labels are fun with a whimsical font and craft paper. The neck of the jar has a nice ribbon tied around it and what I thought was an especially unique touch was the dab of wax on the lid which shows the colors of the candle and has been stamped with the company initials. The candle itself went into a drawstring organza type bag and this was then inserted into a nice small black paper bag with handles. All in all I was hesitant to even open it and I haven't in fact used it yet because I wanna save it for giftgiving it's that pretty. She had a variety of options including three wick candles with embedded flowers in a tray type dish as well as a great deal on a diffuser with essential oils. Jackey was patient while I made my selection and very helpful, providing information on how many hours you could expect a particular candle to burn etc. All this being said I have not yet lit this candle, which is a soy blend, but if the packaging is anything to go by, I'm sure I'm going to be quite happy. I also plan to purchase a couple of these as on hand gifts because truly most people like candles. Should I burn this candle and find that the scent is too weak or are there any other issues I will be sure to update my review. In the meantime I would definitely recommend seeking out their stall at the Summerlin farmers market on Saturday mornings
