By far, this MAC location is the BEST that I have ever been to. Visiting Vegas for the weekend, and my Mom asked me to stop by a MAC counter if I had time since the blush she wears was out of stock at her local counter. I entered the store, was warmly greeted, and the nicest young lady helped me get what my Mom needed, as well as a few things for myself. Thoroughly impressed by the customer service. The store is located in the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood. While the store was pretty busy, it was immaculately clean. I love that! With that many people, there's an opportunity for stuff to be everywhere, but nope, this place was spotless I will definitely be back to shop at this MAC Cosmetics the next time I am in Vegas. read more

I'm back! I came earlier this year to this location for my makeup and on my trip back, stopped by the store for makeup for both my mom & I. I checked-in on a Saturday for Sunday makeup and able to find two appointments relatively close to each other. Came in a little early for our appointments. Oscar was doing both our makeup so he was able to take us early and there was no one else scheduled while we were there. He made both mom & I feel like queens. He was so professional. He asked what we were looking for and basically it was just to get dolled up since we don't take time to bond or to do our makeup. He made mom look so pretty and she was so happy with her look. He explained what he did and gave her tips on what she could do. He did my makeup next and he went all out on making sure I got the look I wanted. He make me sparkle and I absolutely loved it! He took his time, he listened to what we asked, he was perfect. We spent two and a half hours there talking & laughing and enjoying each other that it was sad when it was over. I want who ever to read this to appreciate this particular employee because he really went above and beyond with treating us well. I wanted a mini eye makeover before heading to see Janet Jackson in concert nearby. Given I got lost I was a few minutes late for my Sephora appointment. The rep stopped me at the front of the store and asked could they help me find something. I told them I was running a little behind for my appointment. He spoke into his headphone and reported that they had already booked someone else in my spot. I then went to NYC and they claimed that they were booked, but I didn't see anyone in a chair and there was only one other person browsing in the store. I started to feel like this was not my day and/or maybe I needed to look a different type of way. That's when I spotted a MAC store for the first time in the mall like it was a mirage. I walked into a warm cozy atmosphere with smiling faces, classic dance hits playing overhead and the hip vibe I was used to. Regina asked if she could help me and guess what she told me. "I'm sorry we're booked." Damn it! I thought. Maybe my face looked pitiful explaining the continuous rejection I was getting and how all I wanted was for my eyes to look like hers. She told me I'll just do it for you. Was this my miracle in the miracle mile? I told her I would gladly buy whatever I needed to and tip, but she simply wanted me to relax and enjoy a little pampering and was not interested in pushing products. I was teary eyed. It was fun to hear her humming to some of her favorite tunes. It felt like a gift from the heavens sitting in her chair. The service was fas and I felt so fabulous. I didn't want it to end. I asked if I could put in a good word, only to find that she was the manager. That's why I'm writing this yelp review because Regina is a beautiful person inside and out, and she knows how to make me never look for another counter again that's not MAC. This M.A.C. location is heaven scent, the location is dabbed in the middle of everything you need in the strip (food, stores and casinos). Mac products are some of the only face products that will not cause me to have an allergic reaction. We walked in on a Saturday with no appointment needing to recreate an 80's/90's look. An appointment happen to cancel and they were able to not only help recreate the look but also helped with taking some at home care products. The manager Liz was bubbly, informative and transparent. She answered so many of the questions my friend and I had about products, quality and life span of different products. My friend whom also had her make up done had a eye that was constantly watery and he resurfaced the area multiple times. Came here to get my makeup done for a ball I had in Vegas that night. The lady was super professional but not very chatty. I was super happy with my makeup and she really spent a long time doing it to perfection. Would recommend booking an appointment 2/3 weeks in advance. I'm just not feeling like rating it 5 stars as I would have liked a better experience, and some chat from the makeup artist. She seemed too interested in chatting to the other staff than to me. I recently went to have makeup done for my son's birthday. We had appointments and unfortunately the store was not staffed sufficiently as they got slammed while our makeup was being done. Come to find out there were more people just hiding out in the back. Ivan, who did my makeup, was absolutely amazing and took everything in stride. Unfortunately, the supervisor on duty was not as compassionate and instead of asking how she could support the staff, she came and said "Come see me after." I had already waited quite a long time from my appointment time because he was helping everyone as best as he could. I found that very uncomfortable and distasteful to say the least. Sara... let me just start by saying... you are the BEST!! We showed up with the intention to simply, look around. I expressed some of my make-up woes to her. She proceeded to give me a full face. Correcting all of my "problems" and making me feel amazing. She made a follow up appointment with me so that she would have a "sufficient" amount of time to teach me how to do my makeup. Which is crazy because she spent at least 20 minutes showing me. So, her customer service is unsurpassed. I got married in Las Vegas February 20, 2016. In November of 2015 I called Mac because I love their ,also and wanted it done for my wedding day. I spoke with Robert. He told me the price, I asked if they ever come to hotel rooms to do bridal makeup. He said Mac doesn't do that but he freelances and would be able to come that day. We exchanged numbers and we're texting back and forth. The night before the wedding he asked me to send specific looks I was going for so he could bring the colors he needed. I texted him all of this and the room number. The day of my wedding and went and had my hair done then went back to the hotel room to wait for Robert with my mom and bridal party. He never showed up. At all. I called and texted him with no responses back. Luckily the spa in the hotel had am opening for makeup. ROBERT almost ruined my wedding day. Very rude and unprofessional. read more

I came into this location to pick up a new powder. I needed to get color matched cause it had been a while and was telling the girl how I was struggling to find a liquid foundation because all the times I got matched inside a Sephora, no matter what brand they recommended, when I got home, the color always ended up looking darker or more orange. The girl helping me (I really wish I got her name) asked me if my skin was on the oilier side and i said, "YES!" and she explained to me that the foundation was more than likely oxidizing which is why it looked perfect in store and looked different later (it was a "duh!" kinda moment for me). Then she proceeded to give me two (very full) samples of two different colors for me to try out at home to see which one would work best. read more

I actually had my makeup done at the Planet Hollywood salon in the afternoon. It was my first time getting professional makeup and I had such high hopes, but the entire experience was AWFUL. My sister and I left the salon and went down to the mall to try to fix what we could. We figured we would wipe it all off and buy new product and do it ourselves. We went into MAC and Monica took one look, sat us down, handed us makeup removers, and started over from scratch. She was a miracle worker -- Monica, THANK YOU! Worst customer service ever. All the employees looked like zombies that hated their job. No one asked my friends and I if we needed help and I had to flag down a lady working there if she could show me where the makeup setting spray was. She waved her hand, said she was busy and asked her coworker to take care of it for me. The guy who was supposed to help me literally looked like he rolled out of bed with a ragged black shirt and frayed khaki capris? He didn't know what he was doing and scoured the whole shop, opening every cabinet. When he finally found it, he handed it to me without saying a word. I've noticed that Mac Cosmetics has slowly declined in customer service. It's like this at other locations I've been to such as the shop in Townsquare. The employees seem distant and unwilling to help you. Step up your game because you're losing customers. read more
