So I thought that this was a good option. I would go back. It was very nice and clean and I came in as being a walk-in and they had no issues. Seating me. Everybody was professional, which was very good and refreshing. It's in a shopping plaza and there's free parking in the garage and in the lot next to it so you don't have to worry about that. Everything was I would think reasonably priced. And I actually like the little massage and rub down you got after the service was over, that was a really good selling point for me. I came in for a French, gel pedicure and am not pleased with the inconsistency of the french. Some of the techs are good but others do not do the best work, so every time is like playing roulette unless your ideal tech is there or you are a favored regular. Today, my tech seemed like she couldn't be bothered to pay attention and looked around behind her the whole time and when one of her preferred customers came in she began to rush on my pedicure as she continued to look over at her a as if that's who she rather be servicing. For $66 I'd like to love my pedicure results (which I did the last time with another tech) and be attended to as a customer. He called me the next day and stated to me if I come back to the nail salon, he never wants to do my feet again. There's plenty of parking in the covered parking lot and when you come in you let them know who you have an appointment with or if you're just a walk-in and immediately your asked if you'd like water or a glass of wine. Back to update my review because after my first 5-star experience a few weeks ago, I had another! I just wanted to add a few extra comments to the first review! All was the same as before! Great customer service (probably the best I have ever seen at a nail salon) and quick service! They do a great job and are friendly but don't try to make awkward conversation the whole time. They also don't just awkwardly sit in silence and seem rude either. Like they will speak to you if there is something to say, but they don't just interview you just to create conversation, which I love! haha SOOO the big thing I wanted to update was my experience as a walk-in. Last time, we walked in in the morning and made an appointment for later that afternoon, but this time we decided last min to get our nails re-done so we decided to just try and walk in later that evening. I think it was 4:15 when we got there. They were busy, but they immediately greeted us and said that there would be a 45 minute wait. They offered for us to go down the street to their new location and they gave us 5$ off coupons for the inconvenience. They called to get us an appointment there, but they were also full. So they went ahead and made us an appointment for 5pm at this location and still offered us the 5$ off coupons for waiting, but like it was our fault for not having an appointment ahead of time! AND they still apologize and offered coupons... I feel like the customer service here is just on another level! They also never try to sell us anything extra or any upgrades! They ask if we want a manicure or just the nails and we say just nails and they say okay no problem! They never try to insist! The only thing that we still can't figure out is the price lol. So last time my sister and I got the same nails, as explained in my previous review, but had different prices. So this time, the same thing happened but mine were cheaper. I had 7.50 in credit on my account apparently... I think they have a loyalty program, which I didn't realize. I was just putting in my phone number on the ipad for an appt, but I guess it is also a loyalty thing, which is great! My sister didn't have points because both times, I booked our appts so I don't think her name was ever in the system. So anyways, I paid less this time and we forgot to get out our 5$ off coupons, but we will save them for next time! I ended up paying 10$ for removal of the old SNS (which honestly is something you can do at home with acetone yourself, it is just a long process and I was too lazy to do it myself). Then I paid 43 for the sns, which is what the price says on the menu, so I was glad about that. This time I just got the SNS on my nails with no extensions, so I am assuming last time the extensions are what threw the price off, but last time since my sister and I got exactly the same thing, I don't know why there was a 5$ difference. We had used the 5$ off check-in offer on Yelp, so maybe there was confusion there and maybe I didn't get that applied to mine and maybe they accidently put it on my account for next time, hence the credit on my account. Honestly idk, at this point I am confused about the pricing, but for me personally this time seemed correct. I am just assuming there was an issue with coupons or something each time and that is why we paid different amounts. I don't think they are trying to rip us off by any means, I honestly think it is just confusing with the discounts and rewards but as I will go regularly, I will be able to see what the price is every time. Either way, it was only like a 5ish dollar difference so I would definitely keep coming back, I just like to fully understand the price and be sure that I am paying the same every time. This time with the 10 + 43, my total was 53$, which should be my total every time if I get removal and then a new sns without extensions. Since I had the 7.50$ off this time, my total came down to 45.50$ and then with the tip I ended up paying 55$, which I find very reasonable for the quality, efficiency and friendly staff! Hopefully next time the price should be the same! Overall, I will 100% be a regular here and if their other location has the same level of quality service, I will definitely check them out if this one is booked! I hate to leave a bad review when the customer service was good and the facility was very clean and pleasant, but this was one of the worst pedicures and gel manicures I have ever received. To begin with the pedicure, I got the Lemon Pedicure ($37), it is the next step above the "Express" pedicure and I was persuaded to get it after choosing the express pedicure. The lemon pedicure included them literally squeezing a lemon onto my legs and feet which was a very unique experience. I didn't mind paying for the lemon upgrade, but my friend and I were both very disappointed with the result of our pedicures. My feet were as (for lack of a better word) crusty when I left as they were when I arrived. She didn't scrape them enough nor was there any wax or anything to soften my heels. It was very disappointing. The paint was done fine, but I personally think it needed another coat as the color is almost translucent looking. Next, the shellac/gel manicure, it is simply horrible. The nail tech painted onto my cuticles and beyond my nails, so after only a day the edges are lifting and chipping. Secondly, I noticed after she was done that there was a black hair dried into my nail (I think it was a hair from the nail polish brush, but I am not sure), I brought it to her attention and she buffed the nail down a tiny bit and then painted on top of the hair. Not sure how this place has such good reviews. Went in based on Yelp reviews. I'll be going to my regular place across town tomorrow because they did such a bad job. Think my 2 year Old nephew could have done better. Hardly any regular colors. Most very old and you could tell they'd added acetone to them to thin them out. The pedicure was fine until she painted them. Way too thick and my little toes are completely messed up. Manicure person was not friendly. Could tell she didn't want to do a plain manicure. This was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. When you first walk in the salon is very spacious and the lady at the front was super friendly. I made an appointment a few hours before coming in and even though I arrived early they still sat me down and started doing my nails immediately. The nail tech that did my nails (I got sns nails with extensions) was very quick and precise. She kept checking each nail to make sure they were all perfect and I was very happy with the result. I went in yesterday 2/25 at the end of a work day for a birthday manicure, (my bday is Monday) with a design of how I wanted my nails done. And after repeatedly telling him I needed my nails cut down in size (my nails were almost 16 inches tall), (i'm a a medical assistant, that wears gloves all the time!!!!), Lee kept repeating "no they look pretty, they wont look pretty if we cut them!!!. I used to love this place but after the pandemic hit, so did the quality for this place. Me and my partner came back here after a year and they have an entire new staff. They were nice but the quality was def lacking. My partners manicurist used too much polish and it was lumpy and a really bad polish job, so she asked for Another person. They spray this enamel dry spray on your nails and it ruined the polish. I had a nice girl and when I arrived I showed her a pic and she assured me she could do it.... she couldn't and didn't even have the chrome powder to do it. Had a great experience with Alice! She spent great care in shaping my nails and finding the perfect color for me. Her hands were super steady when doing my little ghost designs, and i had great confidence with her doing my nails. Alice was incredibly friendly, and super bubbly. My only complaint is it is pricey compared to other nail salons i've been to. Not because of the sns but the employee who had done my sns. I went for the first time and I must say it's a beautiful and very clean salon. The staff was helpful checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. They have a big variety of colors of choose from regular, gel and SNS. I love how comfortable their massage chairs are. Their hours have changed due to COVID so call before you come to check ahead before you go. Due to COVID they are really enforcing the cleanliness of the salon. From washing your hands when entering, customers and the staff having to wear a mask at all times. Limiting everyone from touching everything. I got a classic pedicure for $27 and a regular polish on my nails for $8 which was pretty descent. The other services they offer seem to be reasonable depending on what you get. The salon is located in a shopping plaza across the street from Publix. Just look for The Grub restaurant on the corner and it's about 2 stores down. You can parking in the parking garage right behind The Grub or the open parking lot of the side for no charge. read more

Today is my last time ever going to Lush Nail Bar in Perimeter. I've honestly given this nail salon way too many chances as I've never really loved the work they did. It takes a lot for me to write up a bad review, but after today's experience, I had to share. I initially walked in to take off my SNS, plus tip nails and get a gel manicure. The lady who I was set up was older, so I already started having reservations. She was very sweet and didn't talk much, but the process of getting my nails off hurt so badly. She soaked my nails for one hand, but decided to scrape off the nails with a nail tip from my other hand. They were lifting up a little from the back because it's been a while since I've had them on, but it was still glued to the front, I assure you. It was hurting so badly and I expressed pain. Then when she got to my thumb, the nail broke off from her scraping (refer to pictures). You can also see another nail that's broken from the side, but she continued to file that nail as if there was no issues there. And when she started the filing process, my nails didn't look even! So I lied and said I needed to get back to work and didn't have time for the gel manicure. I just knew the work wasn't going to the the end product I wanted. I asked that she just clean it up. She started rushing and buffed my nails (you can see the scratches on the pics). She also gave me a quick massage. When I got to the register, I was rung up for $28 and asked why was it so much to take my nails off when I didn't get a manicure. I was told the service I received was a manicure by the manager. Refer to the pics to see the "manicure" I had done. I paid the $28 without arguing, but I let her know my nail broke off and I wasn't happy. She just said "Thanks, I'll let her know" and that was it. No discount or future credit. Just a thanks and done. That really solidified it for me today. I am never returning and thought you should know the quality of work at this nail salon is not professional. Also, the customer next to me at the nail counter was specifically asking for a gel manicure with tips, but they kept trying to get her to do SNS and I overheard her say the last time she did it at the salon, it was really messy looking. Take your money elsewhere, it seems quality isn't number one here. read more

I stopped in during their opening weekend for their 20% off special! I was in dire need of a pedicure and was excited for the opportunity to get a pedicure at a brand new salon for a discounted price. It only got better when we found out that the discount was actually 30% off services! The three of us were seated and I was the first to get my feet soaked. I was a bit disappointed when I noticed the other pedicurists asked my friends if they wanted square or round nails or how short they wanted their nails while i got not a single word. At the end of the pedicure, I noticed that my nails were cut round and cut very deeply in, very unlike what my toenails had looked like before I had come into the salon. I had assumed since she didn't ask she was going to keep whatever shape was in place. I may not get another pedicure here again, but will check out their SNS one day if it's convenient. Maybe there were too many assumptions going on that day but even if there is a language barrier, there has to be some sort of communication between the customer of what they are looking for. read more

My issue comes with my dip powder manicure. Lee did my nails. He rushed through my nails but they looked ok so I didn't say anything. However, I did notice when buffing out my nails to smooth the surface he used one of the pumice smoothers that they use on feet for pedicures! I got my nails done Thursday evening and one of my nails cracked and broke the VERY NEXT DAY. So I went back to get it repaired. He immediately blamed my nails and said it was because my nails were too thin. They are not. Not only that, when done correctly, there should be layers of dip powder covering my nails to harden them to prevent them from breaking. What the issue ACTUALLY is, is that he filed not only my natural nail too thin, he filed the dip powder covering my natural nail too thin on the corners so they keep breaking. He proceeds to cut my natural nail down because it is now broken beyond repair and tries to do the dip powder without adding a tip to even out my nails. I ask him if he's not going to add a tip then tries to tell me it will be an additional $5 for ONE tip!!!! And says it's because of my nails that's why they broke. No sir. I have never had a tech or nail salon tell me this ever in my life. After I mentioned wanting to speak to someone about it he fixed my nail and said this time it would be free. Yesterday (Saturday) I noticed two more nails are now cracked on the edges. This is only TWO days later and a total of THREE nails cracked and broken. I'm not even going to waste my time going back to get them fixed. And I certainly won't be wasting my money to ever get my nails done here again. read more

When I get back to my office I noticed that a tiny bit of the color was on the edges of one of my fingers and around the nail beds looks dry. At the other Lush shop they do a manicure to clean up the nail bed before doing the SNS. Today I didn't think of it and the service wasn't offered. Anyhow they're a friendly and professional staff. I complained so the manager decided to go confront my friend in front of the nail technician. At this point my friend said everything was fine at that point.
