I switched to Lush from another salon, that didn't value their long-term loyal clients. Lush is amazing, I'm always hesitant at first to try a new salon, but I'm so happy I took a chance with Lush Nail Lounge. Andy is just wonderful, he's funny, will take any design and create it on your nails. All the staff are so friendly and kind, you feel seen and heard the moment you walk in the door. I love getting Pedis here, treat yourself to a complimentary drink while you get some much needed self care, everything is priced so reasonably. I had an amazing experience at lush nails last week. I came in and I was greeted by the receptionist and the manager.The vibe was really relaxing. They give me the menu with the list of services they do at the spa and they also have free drinks. I got a fullset and a pedicure. Everyone is friendly and caring. I got a fullset coffins shape and with a daisy flowers design. They did a fantastic job the shape and the design was on point. My nails are done nicely, natural and thin looking. I would recommend all my friends and family here. I will come back for lashes and my other services that they provide. read more

I called ahead and asked liquid hard gel. They say they do it. I did acrylic, pedicure, and manicure. Fine. Somehow the price was 50.00. I ended up paying 65 for pedi... the guy was okay, he really tried, my nails were fine too. They say they offer complemetary drinks, but you have to ask for it.... The worst was with a nasty woman working on my dautger's " hard gel nails." She looked angry, sighing, eye rolling, shuffling her feet, she had grease hair, she complaining, did a horrible job, crooked nails, and on the phone, she was in a bad mood, ugly vibe. I left there 200.00. I called and complained, and the owner told me to comeback she would redo her nails for a reduction price. It should have been said for free. I will never go back there. This place is great. It use to be nails by Jimmy then Jimmy retired. The same workers are there and they are all good.

Finally found a decent place to get my nails done. My dip manicure finally is the shape and thickness I needed it to be. I got my nails done about 2 weeks ago and they are still intact! As a person who only does dip manicure I wish they had more colors available along with matching gel colors as I like to have my nails the same color but I think I'll be ok and my search is now over. I've tried at least 4 salons in the Antioch area so far and this place has been able to meet my needs. As far as cleanliness it's definitely cleaner than the other salons I've been to. read more

I honestly loved this place the first time I had my nails filled here. The lady that helped me was awesome, sadly I didn't get her name. I came back to get a fill and pedi and I wanted the ombré on my nails like the other lady had done. The young guy told me they didn't have what I wanted, even tho I got it done there then spoke in his language to someone else that worked there and she stated they did have it and asked if I wanted it again and pointed to all the colors I said yes....this guy didn't give af and just filled in the grown part of my nails with a pink powder and they charged me $55 the same price they charged me for ombré (2colors) definitely felt ripped off, but I paid. For my pedi I chose an orange color and silver glitter the lady just started painting the toes whichever color she wanted starting with the pinky. By the time I realized it she had painted 2 toes the same color so I just told her make the 3rd one glitter but I was not happy bc I wanted to do one orange one glitter one orange one glitter and so forth. This will be my last resort shop if that. I'm the customer and I'm paying for a svc not for you to choose what you want. The person who did my nails the 1st time gets 5 stars!!! read more

I made a "same day appointment" and was informed that they had availability at 4pm (full set and pedicure). This nail shop used to be owned by a Jimmy, it is now under new ownership and a new/modern sign sits out front looking as if it is a whole new establishment, but it is not. Upon arrival I was checked in and told to have a seat. My services did not begin until 46 minutes later. Kate did my nails and was shy at first but me being the person I am, I quickly helped her break that shell... The services she rendered were nice and she understood what type of full set I hoped for. I then was sat in the pedicure chair at 5:50pm; they started my pedicure at 6:20pm. Unfortunately, I will not return to this place solely based on the wait time and the very very mediocre pedicure I received. NOTE: People make APPOINTMENTS, so that the time is honored; unfortunately Lush does not respect their customers time and it is not valued. Lastly, the ambiance is loud and ghetto, no kind of relaxation experience; loud conversations, loud singing, people on their speaker phone etc......... at 7:20pm, I was finally finished... It is safe to say I will never return. read more

Ly has been my nail tech for a while now- she Always does amazing, quality work that last! So glad I found her & Lush salon.

Was in the area so thought I'd give this place a try. I'll start with the good: The salon is bougie, clean, and pretty vibe. Complementary beverages which is a nice touch! The gentleman who did my pedicure was very thorough and attentive to detail when cleaning my cuticles, filing the nails, etc., but the polish is where it went downhill badly! Hence the star rating. I got a gel pedi and as anyone knows who gets gel, you cannot put gel on the skin around the nail bed or it'll lift. He painted the polish so sloppily. It was all over my toes, he even brought it up above my nail a lot. Looked horrible. I had to call the manager over and she had to completely remove the polish and start over. I've been here a total of 2 hours and what was supposed to be relaxing turned into a huge debacle. I am a mama of three kiddos, two of which are infants so to get out of the house and get a pedicure is a luxury I don't get to do often. So disappointed and frustrated. Such a waste of time too. Customer service started off well. I was about 10 min late to my appointment and contacted the salon in advance to notify them. When I arrived I was greeted and told someone would be with me shortly after checking in. I sat for about 20 minutes with no assistance or update as to when I would be seen for my scheduled appointment. I never really write reviews but however I felt this nail salon deserved one. I highly recommend this salon if you're looking for a professional, clean and up to date salon with complimentary drinks! First off, let me start off by saying I drive for UPS and it's been three weeks since I've gotten my nails done and all nails are still intact, nothing broken and polish still looks good with no chips. This shows me the products that are being used are top of the line products unlike some other salons. My nail guy is Andy and when I said he is one of the best nail techs, the pictures speaks for itself. I'm very particular on how my nails are shaped and he nails it every time. From the first time Andy started doing my nails I gotten so many compliments. I can't leave out his relaxing pedicures. I swear I fall asleep every time. Andy's massages are life!
