We were able to book a last minute appointment which caught me by surprise since they're usually pretty busy but happy they got to accommodate us. I was long overdue for a pedi and this was my second visit here, but it had been a while since my last. My partner has come by here a few times and has been happy with her nails so this has become her go to. What was consistent for me for both times that I have gone is the super warm and welcoming vibe that Crystal provides. Most nail shops I've gone to usually just feel transactional and awkward (the awkwardness at other shops where outside of small talk when they just start talking amongst each other and you think they're talking about you lol). I did not get that feeling at all here. You can tell that Crystal takes an invested interest to every single one of her customers who walk through the door whether it's a long time customer or a first timer. So humble and appreciative. I got the Deluxe Pedi which was lovely and I am loving how soft my feet are now. Crystal was very attentive and often checked in to ensure the service was going well. I don't usually get color but thought I'd get a Grinchy Green for Christmas :) A little bonus - I thought it was pretty cool that they're offering a raffle for Christmas! Again, something you don't see at nail salons where they make their customers feel a little more than a nail appointment. Will definitely return! read more

First things first, they're CASH ONLY! Which I did not realize, there is an ATM available with a $2 Fee. Their service is great. They are super responsive via phone call & text. Initially, I had to reschedule and they were flexible and I personally feel like they're open pretty "late" which is nice for those that can't make an appointment during regular work hours (9am - 5pm). I actually sent them a text letting them know I can come earlier and they happily took me in. I did a gel pedicure with Jennifer and a dip powder manicure with Wilson (dip powder first timer!) Somehow I was easily convinced to do it lol. But I'm pleased with the results, now we'll have to see how long it lasts as they said it lasts longer than gel which may have been the selling point as I'm hoping to not visit the nail salon in a couple weeks for my trip our of the country. The vibes of the salon is not fancy but it's nice & clean. I like that they have a TV which is different than most nail salons I've been to. Now, the reason I tried this nail salon is because the one I usually go to was closed but I'm glad I tried this location out because I think their prices and service were pretty good! The acrylics came out to $80, (not including tip), and despite proper care, fell off within 2 weeks. Once the set completely fell off, it revealed the worst rings of fire I have ever seen. Despite stating they allow card both on yelp and google, they accept only cash, and have an ATM available, but with a notable surcharge. Unfortunately I have had several less than ideal experiences here, and will not be returning. read more

I got my nails done three times here. The place is very clean, everyone is extremely kind and great customer service. The nails stay on a very long time. I would say 4-6weeks. She also surprised me with glow in the dark nails on an ombree pink and white set. I went home and noticed when I turned the lights off before bed. I loved it :) !!!! They try to make it a very special and relaxing time while you're in. Make sure to come 10 minutes early to pick color. There are so many colors and hard to pick from. They are a bit pricey but a basic nail set will stay on at least a month. For designs on nails the skill is a bit above moderate. They are not full on artist nail techs but they deff are pro nail sets. Very nice and kind people I wouldn't mind giving my money to though:) It's best to call before the appointment and ask to text the design before coming in. That way they can grab material so you're out quicker or tell you if it's a possibility. Anything simple they can most definitely do above & beyond quality. read more

The first time I went to Crystal's, James did my nails and he did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I'm basically a walking allergy test. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I'm allergic to a chemical found in gel polish as well as the solution used to build acrylic and gel nails. The reaction causes my skin to burn, blister, itch, and swell all at once. Now that I'm fully aware of this allergy, I only get dip nails. On 5/24/26, I called and made an appointment at Crystal's. I couldn't remember the original tech's (James)name because it had been years since I'd been back after previously experiencing an allergic reaction from gel polish used on my toes by another staff member. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, and they took me right on time. Initially, everyone was friendly. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice. However, when the male tech,not James, started my nails, I became concerned because he began filing my nails down instead of soaking them off, which is how every other salon I've visited handles dip removal. When I asked about it, he told me, "Oh, we don't do that anymore." The tech then started applying a thick paste-like overlay to my nails. I immediately said, "Wait, I want dip nails." He responded, "Yes, I know," and continued applying the product. Although the nails looked nice cosmetically, I knew something was wrong. By the time I got home, I started experiencing the same burning sensation that I had before during allergic reactions. I called the salon and asked to speak with the owner, but I was told she was not working that day. I explained what was happening and was instructed to come back in. Upon my return, the friendly atmosphere was completely gone. The staff repeatedly insisted that all of their powders were dip powders and explained that they simply do dip "a different way." They removed my nails while speaking loudly in another language, and the tech removing them was rough and visibly irritated. I was refunded my money and left, but there was still residue left on my nails. At that point, I didn't even feel comfortable saying anything further because I was made to feel like I was the problem. Needless to say, my fingers are now swollen because the dip was done "a different way", not the way James originally did them, and not the way any other salon has done my dip nails successfully without causing a reaction. My only recommendation is this: If a customer specifically asks for dip nails, please make sure there is a clear understanding of the process being used and the products involved, especially when allergies are communicated. Came in today to get a refresh before the long weekend and again, I was not disappointed!! Crystal had me show her my inspo photo and she brought them to life. A pretty lavender powder with chrome overtop - I'm in love!! Also had a gel pedicure service with a similar lavender color for my toes. I am all set and ready to enjoy the long weekend ahead. This is my second time here at Crystal's Nails & Spa. The first time, a young Filipino boy did my pedicure, and a woman did my manicure. The guy was friendly and did an amazing job! The woman did a fine job on my manicure as well, but I would say the young boy is even better at what he does. He seems more meticulous and I really liked his work. This time around, I needed a last minute appointment and they were able to take me in so I didn't get to choose who I wanted to work on my nails. An older gentlemen did my gel manicure and I think the same lady from my first time did my gel pedicure. Again, she did a fine job, and my pedicure was fine. However, my gel manicure was horrendous! I probably should've said something, but 1. I'm just not the type and 2. I was running short on time. Honestly, this was probably the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten, and I've had some pretty bad ones before. There were marks, and it really looks like it could use another layer of polish since the color was so uneven. Not to mention, he made me bleed a bit. My nailed chipped so easily. It's only been 3 day and there's chipping everywhere. Chipping and uneveness. Great! "It was so bad that even the lady doing my pedicure noticed. She looked at my nails with this expression, almost like, 'What are those marks?' In my head, I was thinking, 'You see them too, right?'" Overall, they're nice, but some nail techs are better than others so you won't really know who to get unless you plan on trying out doing nail techs. I do recommend the young Filipino boy, but that's probably it. I haven't tried the other techs yet, but I doubt I'd come back here. read more
