I've lived in mechanicville for 22 years and never gave haneys a try. Highly regretful that I did worst of all there is still sounds coming from my front end. Never again. 680$ for one wheel bearing is outrageous and a clear indication of people taking advantage of others when they need their help and service. Place next door quoted 200 + dollars cheaper and would have had it in a day this has been an unacceptable experience. Update: Owner Jay reached out and is taking care of everything. Offered to reevaluate the invoice and offered a refund for any time that may have been misrepresented. Also took care of the inspection that was not completed. The reaction to this experience from the owner was very professional and very much appreciated. Thank you Jay, I appreciate everything and very impressed with the level of speedy response when faced with a customer issue. It's clear that the owner cares very much for the outlook of the buisness to its surrounding community a good reputation is key to staying successful in a small town.
