We needed everything ready by Saturday morning. Tim was great with communicating with us, exchanging emails and texts with rapid response times. I'm a bit of a novice on the process but he explained things to us and understood my requests despite them not being very technical. He worked tirelessly to get our order completed in time and everything was ready as promised. He delivered quality items and everyone on our team was happy with the products. I was in and out of there. It was about $60 (I can't remember how much) But it was a good price for me. I was pleased with the work! I forgot to take a picture of the sweaters but I the gift ended up being a hit! I recommend them! Note: this was for one embroidery on two sweaters.
