We needed new logo wear (t-shirts and caps) for our beekeeping club and our latest logo had a color fade which required lots of colors. Matt worked with us and made several revisions to help us lower the cost. But in the end we went with a laminated patch for our caps because it was true to our logo. We weren't disappointed as the patch looks great and it was well with the extra cost. Everton was also pleased with the silk screening of the t-shirts. The best thing is that Matt was very patient with us and always answering my questions in a timely manner. I had to clear things through our club. Oars don't was a lot of indecision and back and forth. Through it all Matt was great and we got our orders back in time for the holidays. He even went the extra step and packaged each order for folks that pre-paid. That was nice as it saved me the time and effort of doing it myself. We ordered extras in bulk since we didn't meet our agreed upon quantities for the pricing he gave us but it's fine since lots of folks want to buy them now that they can see them in person. I can't say enough about how great this company. Their model allows clubs like ours to bypass handling all the sales and people just order and pay online. Can I give Spiritwear Hero 10 stars?? They take customer service to a whole new level. I cant emphasize the detail and care I got with my order. There were some hiccups along the way (beyond their control) and they seriously did whatever they could to keep my order going and get it delivered to me as fast as they could. They continued to keep in contact with me and the responses via email was always quick with all my questions answered. After my order was completed and shipped, they even cared enough to follow up with me and make sure I got my order. They said they had tracked the status of my shipping and saw it was still "in transit". They even called the post office prior to contacting me to see if they could track my package. A great overall experience! The ordering process completed online was a breeze. They made and designed the shirts, the quality was amazing! Parents were able to get the sizes they wanted specifically and not settle for what was available. Best. Customer. Service! I am a working mom so naturally prone to multitasking. I ordered a shirt for my son so he can use it for his school's jog-a-thon while doing a million other things. Because my brain was somewhere while placing the order, I ordered a Small instead of a Medium shirt and of course I didn't check the confirmation email that was sent afterwards. Thankfully, Spiritwear notifies you when your order is shipped along with the details of the order. This time, I read it and noticed the error. I emailed them right away and within a few hours I received an email stating that they will try to see if they can change the size of the shirt. They did, and shipped it timely so my son was able to wear his school shirt on the day of the jog-a-thon.
