The dealership had my vehicle a total of 6 months within the first year of purchasing it. This last time we picked it up and headed to Nashville the very next day. On our way to Nashville, my car turned off in the middle of rush hour traffic on I-24. It completely lost all power and everything powered off. We got the Managers involved and still they found nothing wrong with it. The managers that we dealt with were very rude, one even proceeded to get in my husbands face and tell him that this was the first time he was hearing about any issues that we were having....my goodness it was a crazy experience. We finally traded the vehicle in this last week and I could not be more happy about it. We definitely did not go back to John Sinclair and never will. I sincerely hope if you are in the market for a New or Used vehicle, that you will go somewhere else. Go somewhere where they actually value your business and genuinely want to take care of you.

A wonderful young man in the sales department took me over to the service department and told me it was only my tires that needed refilling, due to a weather change. He filled them for me, even though he was nicely dressed, and i was afraid he may get a little dirty. I was so grateful for his help and that it was such an "easy fix." I asked for his card to send him a thank-you. Unfortunately, by the time I got around to calling the dealership (and looking at the card he gave me), he was not there. The nice person who answered the phone at the dealership said I could give a review on their Facebook page. I want to leave one here, also. It turns out that nice young gentleman's name is Hogan Coad, and I learned he is one of the Coad family members. I cannot thank him enough, and I highly recommend their service (sales and service).

We had previously owned a 2015 Toyota 4Runner too, that we traded off. After recently driving another 4Runner, my wife wanted to trade a GMC Yukon for a new 4Runner. Our first impression was to buy local. However, our local Toyota store has not been easy to deal with. So, to Coad we go...again. Needless to say, Coad was able to help us find the car that met our needs. Mike and Alicia still work at this dealership and they, once again, made it happen. While it isn't the exact color she wanted, my better half is happy to be back in the driver's seat of a 4Runner. I want to start by saying BIC Motors pays the price for a high quality detail to ensure that all their new and recurring BIC family members know they are getting in a genuinely clean car. In addition BIC is so focused on you and tailoring everything that they can to make it as easy as possible for you to get a car. I have never seen a car dealership that treats their customers as nice as they do. To BIC you really are more than just another person buying a car you are a family member. It's hard to explain the world class treatment you receive, you really just have to go down and check them out to experience it. Another thing is when you purchase a vehicle from them you can know that you are absolutely walking away with the best price in the area. I was able to hear Elijah's philosophy on this and it is truly incredible how much they care about you. Last point here, they always have an amazing selection to fit everyone's budget, needs, and wants. Even there cheaper cars have a level of class that is just unreal. I had previously purchased a truck from them a few years ago & Mitch was a pleasure to deal with. This time around i knew the car I purchased may have a couple issues crop up that led me to purchase an extended service contract. Upon researching the warranty company I found that they were absolutely horrible at honoring their service contracts and promptly returned to BIC motors well within the state of missouri mandated preview period to cancel. It's now almost Feb '23 , and I have contacted Elijah weekly to inquire about my refund. He has never once called me back. I did file a complaint with the state of Missouri dept of insurance that regulates service contract companies. I intend to pursue this until I get my refund back.

Coye called me Friday night and listened to what I was looking for -- a Sedona with leather interior, which is standard on the EX. But I was also price sensitive. So she proposed an excellent price on a Sedona LX that happened to have the leather interior upgrade, finding a way to get me to the magic number. Coye's communication was prompt, and she delivered on the pricing once I arrived the next day. Her estimate on the trade in value of my old car was accurate too. No tricks! Very much appreciated. Plus, the financing wasn't a long, drawn out, high pressure process. I said "no thanks" once, and it was done!

Charged me $169.00 to "fix it". Less test 400 miles later it's leaking worse than it was when I brought it in. The Down a quart of oil in 400 miles! This time you said it was a cracked oil pan. Another $400.00. Assured me you had it this time. You just missed the crack the first time. So now I'm out $572.00 missed two 1/2 days at work and the pay to go with it. Got home at 4:30pm. Just got in the car to run up to Walmart at 8:30pm and guess what I see? More leaking oil! My, my I'm so surprised. Can you guys fix anything? Worst dealer ever. Don't buy from them And definitely don't go there for service unless you want to get ripped off. They are crooks and pray on people..
