There…read moreweren't any in-person agents available to see me, so the receptionist asked me to talk to an agent on the phone, gave me some scrap paper, and set me down in a random empty seat to talk to an agent on the phone. Unusual, but I went with it. I did end up getting a policy that was a decent price through Progressive (AAA partners with a number of other insurances in the area to give you the best deal), but my representative ended up adding my card to someone else's policy because she accidentally had their window open while taking my card information, which has ended up in $410.20 of excessive charges on my card, $167 of which has been refunded as soon as the OTHER customer realized the mistake, not the agent! The agent then insisted the issue is fixed, and then the rest hit me as re-occurring charges which is now supposedly fixed again but the refund is now stuck in limbo for a month while Progressive tries to send me a check via snail mail!... Totally unacceptable that they'd put my card info in someone else's account and then take so long to get the money back to me. Highly disappointed in my experience here.

We didn't touch our bags once, and were greeted with another lei, cold water, and fragrant wet towels and wisked away by a motor yacht. My husband surprised me one night and booked a private romantic sunset catamaran tour that was out of this world, we swam with dolphins, sharks, snorkeled, and ate the most amazing food in the world. Along the way, we had many day trips, the majority of which were fantastic. But then I realized after I had booked the appointment that the reviews for the seven corners AAA were not stellar either on Yelp or on Google maps. So I was a little bit worried about the level service that I would get so I had even prepared a script because some reviews had said that at the AAA location that after they had gotten their car looked at and they revealed a whole host of different issues with their car and I was preparing myself for an upsell. But luckily I went to AAA and I was given the upfront work that they would do plus a price. Plus they looked up how much oil my car engine needed and then produced an estimate for me to sign. I did and I was able to go way in the back where they had coffee, water, tea and a television and seats and other people who were waiting for their cars as well has wanted to take about an hour and a half and it did end up taking an hour and a half but it was very easy. I went back to go pay. The cost that I ended up paying was exactly the same out as the estimate. I didn't receive any upsell even though it wasn't a AAA member and I was told that they would email me the comprehensive check results and so I could read on my own leisure. That was great because I was allowed to go. There was no upsell no nothing. It was all very convenient. I think the only downside is that it took an hour and a half, whereas at my usual mechanic I think it only takes like 30 minutes. But when I got back home and I got a chance to look at the comprehensive check, I was actually very glad that he had done it this way because I could spend the time looking to see if I needed to make the repairs. I could also see the depth of my tire treads and how much was left of my brakes which was very helpful for my own records. Thanks triple A!

My partner was unable to get a tourist visa at the time (May 2022) because he is not Vietnamese (we were told that they are not doing visas for "foreigners" right now, but I was able to due to my last name even though I was born in the United States). I was told that they would contact me in 7-10 days when the tourist visa was ready. I got a missed call from them after 9 days and no voice message. I went in the next day and picked up my tourist visa. They speak Vietnamese and English. They are open daily from 10am-6pm. They take cash, credit (3% processing fee), Zelle and Venmo.
