We took our 3 year old granddaughter to play. She had fun. I would have been better for her if there were more children there when we went. Grandpa and I climbed along with her. Generally it was pretty clean. But we did feel it could be better organized. 1: several of the hand sanitizers were empty. 2: there were no sandals for use by children in the bathrooms. 3: there should have been at least 1 child size toilet in each bathroom. 4: there should have been more balls in the ball pit areas The food area was clean. The counter girl was friendly. The selections and prices were reasonable. Adults can purchase alcohol. I am sure we will be back.

Went for a birthday party. Less "Las Vegas Noise" than Chuckie Cheese. More play structure than just arcade, although there are plenty of arcade and prize games for your kid to pester you to pay for, so be warned. Food is better than you'd expect for the setting, and you can grab a beer or a white claw. Birthday party deal gets you a separate room to feed the kiddos, open presents, and make sure only your guests get goodie bags. Helpful staff don't up, clean up, and corral g of presents. Place seemed clean and in good repair.

We were excited to try out this indoor playground. There were a lot of activities inside, including a bounce house, slides, an arcade, and a little play area for toddlers. There was also a food court that served food (pizza, dip, and dots, etc.), had a TV, and seemed like a nice rest area for parents. We went on a Sunday afternoon, and it was a bit crowded as there was a party party happening at the same time. They also have party rooms available to rent as well. Check-in was easy, we had to sign the waiver using the kiosks along the wall and pay entry fee. One thing to note is that they do want you to use their socks. We arrived with our own grippy socks but they wanted us to buy their own socks. Overall, both my kids had fun even though they are both at different developmental stages (5 and 1 years old).

Great place to let your toddler explore and get that energy rolling. There were kids of all ages, including crawlers. This place is a little tight overall as it has food (pizza) in one corner, arcade games in one, birthday party space in the right, in the middle all that you can slide and climb king of zone. Some spots are under utilized as a lot of parents are just sitting there so kids don't usually see the section like the one in the middle. The staff needs a bit more energy and smiles on their face otherwise all good. We signed the waiver before we got there but no one checked so that was off compared to Peeka boo factory where they make sure you sign it before selling their socks. It has way too many things going on but definitely a good space for a birthday party to keep all kids entertained. Some rules are not followed here but if they could enforce the "do not climb up the slide" that would be great as it blocks the play and kids get confused mid-way which may cause injuries. My kid (2 yr old) wanted to slide down but there were 2 other kids climbing up the slide and their parents were just watching them to do that.. it would be nice to have a staff look and stop such things.

This is one of the best kid play places I been to. The staff is friendly, the setup is nice and clean! I like that everyone has to wear their socks makes it even more clean. They even have slippers by the bathroom. Nice cafeteria area with adult drinks! The food was good too. Cute toddler area and you don't have to worry about bigger kids jumping around in there because it's secluded to the side. My daughter loved this place, and so did I!

Lunch break (fast-food fries and corndogs) - such a treat since they always eat so healthy!

The kids loved playing here. Although they do not answer the phone, you can get their updates like open timeframes via Yelp or their website, and you can reach out by sending them an email with questions you might have. The kids played nonstop for 2-3 hours. They had a lunch break and tried Luv2Play's fries and corndogs, which they destroyed because they were putting off so much energy from play (yay!!!). The reviews said the food is bad, but we tasted it, and it was just normal fries and corndogs as if you were to order at Costco or the fair, lol - please don't expect the food to some organic Whole Foods warm foods section! It was rainy and cold outside, so Luv2Play came to the rescue - kids enjoyed it the whole time, they had lunch, and had a restful nap on the ride back home.

Pro: the place is great for 1.5-12 years old. If your kid can walk and climb they will have fun. Con: However, I don't like the fact that there are many arcades in the under 4-year-old area. Whoever did the layout didn't think about this. Why not just have all the arcades near the food area? They should have two bounce areas. Kind of unsafe for kids under 4 bouncing with older kids. Also, the play structure and various moving toys are sort of clean but could be better. Lastly, it is very annoying having to buy their sock when our socks are the same but without their logo. Overall, the place is okay. Might bring the kiddo back if it is raining.

They have added black pepper on my recent cheese pizza order. When asked, they said it is the sauce. Who put pepper on a cheese pizza knowing that it might be served to the kids. It was even spicy to my taste bud, what more to a kid. I then ordered the chicken nuggets as the kids need to eat something and upgraded it to a meal that comes with a side of fries and a cup of soda. Guess what?? All the fountain drink, both soda and the peak tea machine are out of order. I basically just paid for a plastic cup with no drink as it is $4.49 for a meal upgrade.

Arcade and carnival-style games for older kids and aduts

Luv 2 Play is a huge indoor playground with plenty to ways to have fun for all ages. It seems best for reserving private birthday parties. We took our toddler here on a weekend just to check it out, and boy talk about sensory overload! Unlike Peekaboo Factory in Livermore, Luv 2 Play offers a broader array of entertainment * Dedicated toddler's area (under 4) with slides, spinning furniture, pool of plastic balls, and even a nifty blower. Its got pretty crowded for kids since lots of parents inside the area too. * Coin-operated rides and games to win prizes. * Arcade-style video games for older kids like tweens. You're shooting dinosaurs with machine guns after all. * Food and alcoholic beverages for adults (Yikes). You'll have to buy their grippy socks, sign a waiver, and pay a flat rate to access the facilities. Check-in can be a bit hectic since there are tons of people coming for parties and others like us just for a day pass. Although our son seemed to have fun, it did feel a bit crowded and overwhelming. It was a bit hard to maneuver around the toddler area with so many other kids and parents inside. It may be better to come on a weekday when school is out or the daycare is closed for vacation.

Unfortunately, the party planning and overall management left a lot to be desired. Before the party, I received an email saying that a coordinator would contact me to finalize the food order, but I never heard from anyone until 2 days of the party even though I sent a follow-up email which I didn't receive a response, which made planning stressful. At the end of the party, fewer children attended than we had originally expected, and our total guest count was still within the overall party limit. Despite that, we were charged extra for additional adults, which was disappointing and didn't feel very customer-friendly. We were also told we had 15 minutes to vacate the play area. While the venue itself is great for open play, I wouldn't recommend it as a birthday party venue based on my experience. The focus seemed to be more on additional charges than on providing a smooth, enjoyable experience for families. I would happily bring my son back to play, but I would choose a different location for future birthday celebrations.

I want to respectfully correct the record: while the holiday books were indeed on a bookshelf, the Pride book and about eight others were stacked directly inside the enclosed toddler climbing structure. This specific structure has explicit signage stating 'no one over 3'5" allowed' and 'no adults allowed.' (Photo attached for reference and the book was behind the sign in the structure.) While we have absolutely no issue with the gay community, we believe strongly that parents, not a local business, should be the ones deciding how and when to introduce social concepts to their young children. Placing this material in an enclosed space where parents are expressly forbidden from entering, and where a toddler can simply grab it unguided, is an overstep of boundaries. We expect a business catering to toddlers to remain a neutral environment.

I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. For the amount of money we paid, I expected much better customer service, organization, and overall value. The party required a 50% deposit of $187, and when we arrived, I paid the remaining $187, bringing the party package to $374. We were also told that if we stayed past 2:30 PM, there would be an additional charge. We ended up going only about 3 minutes over, and the employee immediately told us we had to pay another $50. Altogether, we spent $424 for this party. For $424, I really do not feel like the experience or package was worth the price. We still brought our own snacks for our guests, the decorations that were included were very basic, and we received a small pizza. I expected a lot more considering the cost of the package. What bothered me even more than the price was the customer service. The girls working at the front were rude and had an attitude, not only toward us but toward our guests as well. Some of our guests arrived around 2:00 PM, and instead of politely explaining anything to them, the staff tried to turn them away. Multiple guests specifically came to me afterward and mentioned how rude the employees at the front were and how uncomfortable their attitude made them feel. That is extremely disappointing when you are paying hundreds of dollars to host your child's birthday party somewhere. I completely understand that businesses have rules regarding party times and additional fees. However, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those policies, especially to paying customers and their guests. After already paying $374, bringing our own snacks, receiving very basic decorations and a small pizza, being told we owed another $50 because we were approximately 3 minutes over just made the entire experience feel very money-focused rather than customer-focused. I wanted my daughter's birthday to be a fun and special experience, and thankfully she still enjoyed herself, which is what mattered most to me. But from a parent's perspective, I would not purchase the party package here again. Between the $424 total cost, basic party setup, limited food, strict additional charge, and especially the rude customer service, I personally do not feel the package was worth what we paid. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously because when families are spending this much money to celebrate an important day for their child, they should at minimum be treated politely and made to feel welcome.
