What I really like about this place is how much seating is available for parents. During spring break, I wanted to let my kids play while I got some work done, but I still wanted to be able to keep an eye on them. I could move around with them as they played and always find an available seat nearby where they were playing to stay close. They also do a good job with keeping this place clean - I saw staff sanitizing throughout our entire visit. There is an available family bathroom onsite which makes things convenient and they even provide bathroom slippers for you to use. Just a heads up, they require Jumpity Bumpity socks in order to play.

Before the party, I received an email saying that a coordinator would contact me to finalize the food order, but I never heard from anyone until 2 days of the party even though I sent a follow-up email which I didn't receive a response, which made planning stressful. At the end of the party, fewer children attended than we had originally expected, and our total guest count was still within the overall party limit. Despite that, we were charged extra for additional adults, which was disappointing and didn't feel very customer-friendly. We were also told we had 15 minutes to vacate the play area. While the venue itself is great for open play, I wouldn't recommend it as a birthday party venue based on my experience. The focus seemed to be more on additional charges than on providing a smooth, enjoyable experience for families. I would happily bring my son back to play, but I would choose a different location for future birthday celebrations.

In addition to free play, they offer occupational and speech therapy services, on-site and in home. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. There are many developmental toys and activities which the children had a blast exploring. The space was very clean and well organized! I saw the staff actively tidying the space, assisting with the different payment features, and engaging the children. They offer memberships, as well host private events and various therapies that are held on site. It's a one stop shop. Their memberships can be covered by the Regional Center or funded through Self Determination program, but of course, you can pay of pocket. The owner Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! This San Ramon location is their first location, but have since expanded to two more sites in Berkeley and Belmont. They also have tables for parents to have a break or work at which is very thoughtful. When I went also had a smaller tot area as well as an inclusive, larger space for all. Overall, this is a wonderful facility that fosters inclusion and a welcome addition to the area.
