I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and when I got to the appointment the workers say that I didn't even schedule it. Ridiculous.

Since it has been years since i visited the dental office so you can guess there were x-rays needed to be taken, lots of cleaning done and other checks to make sure i keep chewing delicious food everyday I got there and they called me right in on time without any delay. Office is great and the staff was helpful. No long paperwork everything is on Ipad and things got done quickly. My X-rays were taken and then Dr. Patel checked them before the cleaning begun. everything looks good . Cleaning took like half an hour for the bottom teeths. The Dental assistant was great and funny and kept talking making me feel comfortable. She really did do a good job. The upper part was to be done in second session since that was going to take time . I got second appt within 2 days of first one. The second appt went really quick as well. I was done on time no extra waiting and the second dental assistant who did the cleaning was really nice as well. Dr Amlani came and said Hi and checked upon me knowing i was there couple of days ago and made sure everything was ok as Dr. Patel was with another patient. I am glad i went after many years. Teeths now Shine like a diamond (throwing lil Rihanna in there). Thank you to the wonderful staff and Dr's it was a great experience.

Just had the single worst experience I have ever had at a medical office. Dr. Goldman had been my…read moredentist for years and I was always happy with the care he provided. I had heard bad things about the new partners that he had brought in, but never expected to be treated so poorly. I had a filling fall out and just wanted to have the tooth refilled. Instead I was told that they are not an emergency dental care facility, and if I do not come to the practice regularly for exams and check ups that they would no longer see me for dental care. Dr. Patel was condescending, dismissive, and clearly only interested in customers that represent an ongoing revenue stream. Even if I was welcomed back I would not go. I was charged $109 to sit in her chair and told she would not treat me. Outrageously bad customer service. To be clear...the filling that fell out was one that they had done on a root canal several years ago. Now they are saying the tooth is fractured and needs to be pulled but they do not do that there... really just at a loss for words.

I'm writing this review because I've never been comfortable before about talking about my teeth…read moreuntil I came to aspen dental. My first visit I was already apprehensive because of how uncomfortable other dentist made me feel because of the work that needed to be done. One word a lot! I've now had my 4th appointment with them and never in my life have I felt more happier because of the way they make me feel each appointment and because of the work that they have done. I first met Rene,Clarissa, kelly and Dr. Trangaris. My first appointment was With kelly, and she treated my gums. Again never felt more comfortable letting someone work on my teeth. Then I got my root canals.. I forget the Drs name but he treated me really well and I got 3 and didn't feel a thing the whole time. And then last but not least I went today and today really topped it. I had to have a lot of work done.. Long story short I delt with of course Clarissa and dr trangaris and also rachelly. I was there a long time and not once did it bother me because of the environment and people around me. When they worked on me they made me feel like they actually cared about what they were doing and how I would feel when I seen my smile. Honestly I cried because it changed my life I think and I'm not even done yet! This may be long but it's because I truly feel this way and would recommend anyone get work done here. Thank you thank you thank you personally Rene, Dr. Trangaris, Clarissa, Kelly, and Rachelly! You guys really are awesome Teresa

I cannot recommend him enough for anyone who does not like the dentist or has any sort of fear or anything he is compassionate and understanding. He remembers you and works with you. I honestly could not imagine a better dental practice. Everyone is super welcoming. His wife and daughter are often in the office. It is truly a community and you are treated like family.

This is a very honest post about my personal experience... It was very unfortunate and…read moreuncomfortable. I have reach out to the office personally (immediately after the appointment) to try to resolve. I have not received any understanding, or kindness. The second there was an issue, the whole vibe changed and I was welcomed with anger and denial. Sorry for the long review. This is the whole situation, read if you would like... The Office Submitted two claims to insurance for teeth eight and nine (2 crowns on the front teeth). The front desk called me on 5-29, and said "they" were approved, and scheduled me in for an appointment. They removed my existing crowns, without any discussion or clarification that only 1 crown was approved, and the cost of the second one would come out of pocket. I had an existing veneer I could have left as is, or held off on treatment till I was financially ready. The Dentist recommended doing both to stabilize them by splinting them together. If I had know only one was covered I would have thought about the decision I wanted to make. I could have waited till we resubmitted to insurance. That decision was taken from me. Now I no longer have my existing veneers or the ability to make my decision on treatment options. I am left in these very uncomfortable temps. made in office. My gums are completely raw and beat up, temporary is Grainy material and more irritating. Temporaries are yellow (complete different color) and don't match my teeth at all. I understand temporaries are not the finished product, but these are definitely poorly done and very uncomfortable. These are my two front teeth. Esthetic should matter. (picture inserted of temp they had me leave office with and now refuse to restore). At the end of the appointment is when I was told only one of the crowns was approved through insurance, So all this after they removed my crowns and put me in a situation that is not only uncomfortable, but now unpredictable. I feel backed into a corner. When I asked them to have the doctor call me so I could discuss the miscommunication, and the temporary being very uncomfortable, I did not get a kind response from anyone. I got a call first saying I will not receive my crowns until I come up with money that I wasn't aware of, prior to me not having my front teeth. Then I had the Dr. call me back yelling at me (Couldn't get a word in) stating I wasn't nice to his wife, and Im not allowed back to the office, if I try to come back he will call the police on me.... which is very confusing because all I said is his wife called me earlier, being unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable (she is the one that handles the financial's I guess). He didn't give me a moment to discuss the treatment that he just did, or the misunderstanding regarding insurance. He yelled at me and hung up. This is supposed to be a professional business, in the medical field to say the least. These are my front teeth! I was not given the option to hold off on treatment. My teeth were esthetically fine prior. The treatment did need to be done for functional reasons, but it wasn't an immediate necessity. They said it was approved and scheduled me, NO discussion. Now I don't have my teeth anymore. I'm stuck in a very uncomfortable situation both physically and mentally. I never leave reviews, but I was asked to leave one by the office last week. So I left them a nice review... After my last appointment, I feel the need to leave an honest review about what my personal experience was. We should always have say in what direction we want to go in prior to treatment when it comes to our bodies, and a clear understanding of finances before anything is done.
