Although I go to the Dracut location- I have to leave 5 stars. I came in for a consultation for Invisalign. After getting such helpful information I decided to go ahead and book to start the Invisalign. After taking my x-rays they had found I had MULTIPLE cavities, and one that my previous dentist had not filled properly. (I was told by my previous dentist I had no cavities at this time) Dr. Robinson has helped me get my teeth back to being healthy. I cannot thank her, and their staff enough for being so sweet and helpful through this stressful time. I cannot wait to start my Invisalign journey with them! read more

I had my first visit at the Billerica office today, the whole team was wonderful from the second I called to schedule my appointment. Linda at the front desk was so welcoming when I first arrived, she had helped me fill out my paperwork online to make the process easier when arriving. I was then greeted by Danielle B, my hygienist who was very gentle yet very thorough in cleaning some problem areas that I had, she took all my xrays and discussed some areas of concern. I then met Dr. Danny Nguyen and his assistant Rylee who will be performing my fillings at my next visit. Overall, I felt at ease during the entire appointment and I can't remember the last time my teeth felt this smooth and clean. So, here is the thing about Future of Dentistry and Dr. Casazza and his staff. They are 100% the absolute best dentist I have ever been too, and frankly, if you within a reasonable driving distance (or really even not, because at this point I would commute a long distance to have these people work on me) you should absolutely go here. I have had some issues with my mouth after spending the majority of my adult life thus far in the military, and having moved around a bit and been to a couple of private practice dentists I am confident in stating that Future of dentistry is the best. I can't even describe all of the great things they have done for me from always knowing my name seemingly without looking, to making sure that I get the specific (SLS free) Prevident that I need, to the oral cancer screenings they do with this "laser thing" - they are awesome! And...when it comes to restorative procedures I have had fillings done by Dr. Findly & Dr. Cowell and they are both rock stars. If you are the least bit nervous about getting fillings, they make it so much easier. Dr. Cowell especially; having had to do two fillings on my back molars (which are generally pretty uncomfortable to have done anyway); did an awesome job despite some difficulty getting me numb at first, which I can only imagine would have been terrible had she not known exactly what to do. So again, if you're on the north shore this is absolutely the general dentist you want to go to. They really are as good as it gets!!! read more

I recently had to cancel an appointment same day because of the sudden death of my nephew and I just received a handwritten sympathy card in the mail from the entire office staff. This says alot to me. I switched from gental dental because I didn't like how corporate they felt. I definitely made the right decision. Aside from this, each visit had been a pleasant experience. I started with Future of Dentistry over ten years ago. I had just completed nine months of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy for colon cancer. The chemotherapy had done a job on my teeth and I had a raging, painful infection on a Saturday. After calling 5 or 6 dentists Future of Dentistry took me in and started treatment ending the pain. Since then the doctors and dental hygienists have worked wonders keeping me in good dental health which I'm sure helped me became a 10 year cancer survivor. read more

I marthalena Rodriguez..had a wonderful experience with my dentist..but i called fri the 6th of feb..jus to make comment about my dentures..and the receptionost started yelling at me..and getting rudely loud with me over the phone...o did appreciate her yelling so loudly over the phone..because she didnt like what i saying..the rudest bitch i ever met...she just didnt like what i saying tried to over talk me so loudly..then wen she realizes that i was not gonna let her over talk me ..then she started screaming o im gonna hang up on you ...i was totally shocked that she yelled at me and would even talk to a patient in that manner..jyst a very ugly attitude...she really needs some peoples skills...i would advise anyone with a grievance make sure you dont deal or talk to her...thank you..most horrible phone call i ever experienced from a establishment!!!!.. read more

The Future of Dentistry is hands down the best dental practice I've ever been to in my life. When you first walk into the office, you'll notice the very well chosen and warm decor. Every staff member from the receptionist to the dental hygienists and dentists are completely warm, friendly, and professional. In the past, I've had a lot of trouble with dentists taking me seriously with regards to pain management, resulting in very painful dental procedures and severe dental anxiety. This has not been the case at The Future of Dentistry- they made a note in my chart, so that whoever does my dental procedures knows to make sure that I'm adequately anesthetized. They have a really nice pediatric dentist who took a quick peek at my toddler's chipped tooth for no charge after my own appointment. And their hours are great, they have early morning hours, evening hours, and Saturday appointments. read more

The worst dentist around, he did a filing told me it was fine then it broke and he tried to fix it again and then it had to be pulled anyway. He did it just to make money and keep me in pain for 3 weeks. Very disappointed. read more

I got a wisdom tooth extracted by the team here and it could not have been a more smooth, quick, easy to recover from process. Would recommend to someone 10 times out of 10 and twice on Sunday's. These folks know how to make a daunting procedure like this feel as easy as putting on pants in the morning. Both Dr. Casazza and Dr. Finley do excellent work. The staff is very thorough and pleasant. Had some wisdom teeth extracted - zero pain, zero swelling, and was able to go to work the next day. Compare this to friends who went to "Gentle Dental" and walked around looking like chipmunks for the next 3 days. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a dentist. I have to have my teeth cleaned every 3-4 months as I once had gingivitis years ago. Their staff has always been timely, efficient, and thorough with my treatment. I've had them do ortho treatment and crowns done and have been so pleased that I wouldn't think of changing to a new dental office even though I relocated to NH from MA. PS.
