I was running late and called ahead. She said there was nobody after me and could wait, but told me to "hurry up and to take another route" and this was when I was only about 8 minutes late. I said I respect her time and I can come in anytime later in the day or anytime the next morning. I was still charged a fee for the cancellation -- even though it was her suggestion. I had been looking forward to using their services, but now I don't feel comfortable booking here again. I wish the customer service matched the hype, because I was genuinely excited to support them. She will not make it in this industry with her rudeness and lack of respect for customers.

I'm usually the type that likes to call and speak to a human but this was even easier than that! I received an email reminder to show up too which I liked. Kim asked if this was my first time and because it was she walked me through every step in a very detailed way including what to expect and how to care for my tan. Written instructions provided! Bonus! Kim was beyond personal. I'm pretty sure she's never met a stranger. We talked about our families and summer plans etc. and by the time I left I felt like I made a new friend. She's very skilled at her job but also really good at building rapport with customers....that's kinda important when you're standing half-neked in front of someone. Lol. This spot is near the back of the complex (doors away from my dermatologist- winning!). The office is all the way back on your right once you're inside. Le Petit Spa Boutique is so cute and you feel the great vibes once you enter. This was my first lash experience ever and I'm so glad I did it! She was super patient even though I have the words most sensitive eyes. We had great conversation throughout so thankfully there were no awkward silences which is always nice! Today I sat in the massage chair for almost 15 min u til I saw her putting someone else in the red light bed and then proceeded to tell me there were now 8 people in line ahead of me. I asked her what happened to the 8 min wait and she said she didn't know. I asked well why didn't bother to let me know, you knew I was waiting in the massage chair. If you use multiple machines during your visit you have to keep going to the front to let them know your ready and every time you go to the front you have to wait in line while they try to sell products or check people in. They constantly try to sell you product. I didn't even know they had robes until a year later when I heard them asking a new person if they want a robe. They have a red light therapy sign on one of the rooms and it's definitely not a red light therapy bed and of course the employees don't know any better. The steam pod smells like urine. I had to get out of it. It was disgusting. When I tried to cancel I had to email them. When I emailed them I received no response or confirmation. Then I tried the live chat. Live chat worked but I did not receive a confirmation email and was left wondering if I'm getting charged again. Like I said just throw the whole place away.

I clarified this before I purchased a membership. On 3 different occasions in the last 8 weeks, I was left in the room without the machine working with NO assistance and no way to communicate. I will not pay for a membership I can only use when convenient for the staff. I made a complaint each time it happened. I think 3 times is enough for me. I canceled the membership. I do not recommend SOL CO to anyone.
