I just received a CBD massage from the owner Nando. I highly recommend CBD, if you want to feel euphoric. And I highly suggest you receive the massage from Nando! He was attentive to what I asked for and made sure to check in during the massage a few times to ensure my comfort. But what made him the best is his flow. I decided to come here for a Custom Massage with Sandra Jimenez as I had a gift certificate. Sandra was amazing; she applied the perfect amount of pressure and really focused on my lower back and neck which I had requested. She also provided me with a scalp massage that felt incredibly relaxing. She checked in with me to make sure that the pressure was to my liking and whether there was anything that else that I needed. The music was soothing and I really enjoyed the lavender scent from the lotion that was used. Just a heads up that there is some slightly banging that you might hear from the weights being used on the second floor but I did not find that bothersome and it did not interfere with my experience. I did not utilize the access to the locker rooms and sauna but I know that is included in the experience. I felt really relaxed after my experience with Sandra and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a quality massage. read more

He was friendly l, prompt, informative and we reviewed some of the issues I was having. I wanted firm pressure, deep tissue massage, and that's exactly what I got. He is fantastic. My sister and I were in Petaluma for work, and decided to get massages. We needed ALL the relaxation... I reached out to Lux a few days before arriving and the owner Nando was so responsive and accommodating with the time constraints. He arranged for a second massage therapist to work, so that we could schedule 2 at the same time. Upon arrival they were so professional, patient and calm. Just the vibe we needed after a long day and drive. The massage was awesome! Perfect pressure, and feel. Everything was nice and clean. I love the location too. It gave us the ability to relax by the pool after. My only regret was not booking a longer massage! Oh and eating another protein ball he provided after the massage Call them and schedule a little self care, you won't regret it! Had a terrific massage by Shana this week. My first, but definitely not my last at Lux. Booking the appt was super easy and she was ready for me when I arrived. She checked in with me throughout the massage to be sure I was comfortable, and the pressure was good. The aromatherapy scents were relaxing and refreshing. The massage oil was warm and lovely. I can't emphasize enough the quality of the massage. Full access to the gym/pool/hot tub/ sauna/ steam room and showers when booking a treatment (and discounts for those of us that are members)! And if you get hungry during your day of wellness they have The Local restaurant on site. Nando has brought his experience from luxury resorts into this space. From the clean and comfortable rooms to the juice shot and protein ball post massage everything feels luxurious! Normally, I prefer a female massage therapist but Nando is professional, comfortable to work with and has a great touch. He worked on the areas I needed and gives a stellar scalp massage too! Hidden gem alert! We were passing through town, my husband was golfing in Petaluma with some friends and I had time to kill -- a lot of it! To his credit, my husband found this place and got me a 100-minute massage as my consolation prize for waiting for him. When I pulled up and discovered it was in a gym (granted a BIG gym complex), I was crestfallen. I've not had great experiences in the past with gym-related "spa" experiences. But this was different, mainly due to Nando, the owner. He was my massage therapist. Before I got there, he was wonderfully communicative via cell and text. And when I got there and told him all about my aches and pains and desire to just relax, he really, really listened and did exactly as I asked. Bravo to Nando! I very rarely spend time in Petaluma, but if you're lucky enough to live nearby, definitely check him out. He's really good. And, if I find myself here again, I'll be back for sure. read more
