This business took $150 from me under false information and is now refusing to return it. I went in and asked an employee if they had a nail tech named David. I was told yes. I then asked if JaneDoe had a 9:30am appointment. Again, I was told yes. I asked if I could prepay for the service, and they gladly took my $150. There is no nail tech named David. There was no appointment. The entire transaction was based on misinformation provided by their own staff. When I returned to request a refund -- since no service was ever provided -- the person running the place, Ala, flat-out refused to give my money back. Instead, she tried to push a gift voucher, as if that somehow fixes being charged for a nonexistent appointment. She showed zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern. It gets worse. When I asked for the owner's name and contact information, she would only provide a phone number and refused to give the owner's name -- even after I asked four separate times. She ultimately ignored me. @Simala, this is such a dishonorable way of stealing money, and your staff should feel shame for this action. No honor in your business. Taking money for a service that does not exist and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the refusal to take responsibility is extremely concerning. I'm happy to share the positive outcome thanks to owners like this that have integrity. Thank you for being a great example of what a business owner should do. Thank you. read more

My face said it all everybody was looking at me and the nails were not it. it was a simple, small square nails they're off to one side one hand I had first asked for a French. They don't know how to do French book really bad so I just said you know what just paint them all one color still looks bad so expensive for what not what I wanted they're not even cute . And I have one hand that is way longer than the other. I let her know, and she only filed it a little bit down, not coming in here again and we can't even say you get what you pay for because a good penny and for simple nails and couldn't even accomplish a good simple nails , really disappointed read more

I would not recommend this place unfortunately it was my first time there and I had requested a pedicure and I had asked for the $37 one which came with the callus remover to make a long story short the lady that was doing my feet said that she could only use the callus remover one time and when I told her that it's still callus and dry skin on my feet, she said I don't trust her and she also told me that she'll put more solution on my feet and I can remove the callus myself because i'm making her work too hard. I had initially told her I was only here getting a pedicure because I am currently pregnant and can no longer reach my feet. The entire Service with the overlay on my toes was $72 which is not bad but I was left unsatisfied and not happy with my feet. I walked in with dry/callused feet and I walked out with oily/callused feet. What I had thought was gonna be a friendly experience, turned out to be a debate over my feet and when I told the lady that fine, I'll removed the callus myself and told her I wouldn't pay her because I'm doing her service she told me she can try one more time But she can't do it more than once because she'll get fined. Don't know if that's true or not but that's what was said to me. So all in all I give Lux nail spa a 1 out of 5. read more

Very happy with Haedie. I do however have to point out an issue. The owner is having her workers work on multiple people at the same time. I understand being understaffed but at what expense? When someone is doing a service there are steps and steps can be forgotten if they are being pulled to help others out. The woman who owns this applied my gel nails while the girl who was suppose to do them prepped them. The owner applied way to much glue on the gel x and you can visibly see this. I am not happy with the quantity of it things here vs quality. The shape came out really nice and love the color but I didn't like the careless rushed work, regardless if US the customers are asking for a quick time frame the work should still be done correctly and professionally. Over promising and under delivering is never the answer. I hope this is fixed; the new salon is very nice compared to how it was 4 years ago (prev owners) but the short staffed and bossiness of the owner wanting people to work at her speed and on multiple people is discomforting. read more
