I did walk in, and they were able to accommodate both me and my mom. I wanted medium square, dark red. Once started with the color she added on this glitter polish, in which did elevate the look especially since it Christmas time.. so I also requested a snowflake on my ring finger. I came here based off of my friends recommendation! Her nails were PERFECT and now so are mine! I asked for Lily! I came in for a fill and a nail repair. She completely reshaped my nails for me (thank god!) to the PERFECT coffins! I came in with a picture that I wanted my nails to be and she helped me hand pick the details. Even after I tried to give compromising options (in case I was asking for too much) she did EXACTLY what was in the photo while giving me MORE options to help me really customize my nails. I loved the experience I had! Lily showed enthusiasm towards her job and the work she was doing which I greatly appreciated! The small talk she provided was not awkward or forced. STAY AWAY DO NOT COME HERE I will never come back here they are horrible women I went to get my nails done December 30th By January 2 My gel polish came off I went back they made me leave because they said they can't take anyone in. Yet there a women in there getting her toes done with the lights off. They told me come back the next day I went back the next day and once again they were closed they lied to me just so I can leave I went back every other week to try and get my nails fixed I called multiple times no one answered finally things are opening back up so I I call now they tell me that they can't fix my nails because it's been a month. Keep in mind I've been going back every other week calling multiple times a day just so they can fix it I didn't even want my money I go in today and the ladies tell me "why am I here" I asked for my money back and they start bringing customers involved saying that she waited a whole month and now she wants her money back trying to make me look stupid bringing in other customers to prove there point. The lady who did my nails didn't even talk to me until I told her I want 35 for my nails she then said "what are you talking about stupid you paid only 30" I was like well I gave you a five dollar tip. Then she continued to say that I didn't give her a five dollar tip. this woman called me stupid in front of customers that shows you what type of business they run they are not clean they don't know how to do nails and they are rude and stingy stay away be smart read more

Lily has been the find of the century!! I would go as far as saying the best thing since sliced bread! I had just moved out to the area and was very attached to my salon, yet the distance made it impossible to go to. I thought that I would take a Chance and set an appointment. Walked in and was not impressed right away but was quickly shown kindness and extremely wonderful service! I have been seeing Lily and have loved the experience. She is always kind, genteel and personally interested in what is going on. She remembers you and the things that you talk about. Lily is one of the needy stylists that I have been to in the 25 years of me doing my nails. I have recommended many people to come and none of them have ever been disappointed! Great shop! Talented, funny, beautiful, attentive and genuine ladies. Ive been coming here since I moved to the area in 2015. I dont go anywhere else. I have a son and if i bring him, they make sure he is comfortable and treat him like their own. They take care of me every time making sure i dont mess my nails up too. (Cause i will lol) Also, i dont have to say what i want because the shop remembers. But they will still ask for your consideration if you'd like to change anything up regarding shape, length and color. Affordable as well read more

I went in for a mani and pedi paid $63 They left my nails bubbly and the acrylic nails were just rough looking, I asked them to tone them down but it's like she didn't Hear me. I also asked them not to do my mani and pedi at the same time because it's very uncomfortable since I'm pregnant she just replied it was ok because I had my mask on. I paid them but did not leave a tip. My friend who went with me also complained about her gel nails being bubbly like to an extreme but they said that's how the design is Also the pedi was literally my feet just soaking then she moved me to the table for nails and she did my feet on this wheel cart that kept moving and since I'm pregnant it was so uncomfortable especially because my hand were on the table and even after I asked several times for her to do them separately she refused and I know she knows English as she was speaking in English to me read more

I was in the La Sierra area yesterday and was looking for a place to spend the last $20 I had in my pocket on getting a pedicure. I went to Express Nails and they charge $15 for a pedicure. Not bad, great even but I didn't have alot of money. Went to Sierra Nail - just one nail? hahaha Anjelah Johnson - and they charge $14 for a spa pedicure. Just one dollar less than Express but remember I didn't have alot of money :/ I walked in and was seated in the spa chair right away. Ahhh....just what I needed for my aching back. Although, I'll admit it was a little rougher than usual but somehow I still found it enjoyable :x I wanted black tips with a glittery outline and a flower on each big toe. What did I get? Just black tips. There were only 3 massage chairs and 2 of them were occupied. There were no customers at the manicure station and there was no wait either. I don't know why my pedicurist rushed me. Sure she was nice but I expect more than nice. When I get my nails done I usually get asked if I want a flower on my toes. Maybe I assumed she would ask me that's why I didn't ask. But when I saw that she was pulling the toe separaters out and putting my flipflops back on I was like "What? That's it?! That was quick!" So, now without the intricate designs, I just have toes that look like they have frostbite. But that's what you get for a full $20 - $18 for the service and $2 for tip. read more

They were very nice people, I came in and was seated right away. I only needed my acrylics taken off. I was told to put my hands in polish remover and the lady left. She went and started a pedicure on another lady. So I sat there for 20 minutes and the lady started doing a manicure, so I sat there for another 10 minutes and then someone finally came to take my nails off. They let my nails disintegration in the remover and I have purple nails polish and residue all over my fingers still after leaving the salon. I went in for a simple acrylic nail removal and left with disgusting hands. I'm going to have to refile them and finish taking off the nail polish. read more

I like Lily's work alot. However, I made an appointment for my mom a couple days after I had my pedicure done and they did not respect the appointment time AT ALL. I called 1 day in advance and asked for an 11:30am appointment for my mom. When she went, she was told to wait and ended up waiting almost an hour while walk in customers were being attended as they walked in. When I called to ask what happens the lady at the front desk was very rude when I asked to speak to Lilly the lady who answered said "what do you want " like GIRLLL . That is not how you speak to your customers . She said she had no recollection of me calling the day prior to schedule an appointment . But when I made the appointment she was like "oh okay 11:30am tomorrow, I'll tell Lilly " . Don't come here unless it's on an empty day because they will not respect appointments . read more

Uhmm...well They were nice and talkative but I had to get them redone because the last set she did was such a sloppy job. The gel was all over my cuticles and I kept explaining to clean them. Completely did not understand and instead cut my cuticles more and made me bleed. I told her I was unhappy with them and she redid them. She drilled all the gel off leaving my nails weak and used a different color. A day later, my gel chipped off. ONE DAY LATER. Do not go here unless you want to waste money. read more

Very rude. My first time coming to this place as soon as I walked in they looked at me like I was already getting on their nerves. Very shocked that only two women there and it's a decent size nail salon. The greeted me with a mean blank stare and a "what do you want, we don't have time for you. Come back another day". Love these guys. They are friendly and they don't talk smack about you in a foreign language while they're doing your nails. They also do a great job, are reasonably priced and do exactly what you ask them to do. If you want short nails, you get short nails. If you want white tips that are wider than usual, they actually do it that way. It is a small salon with only a few people so if they are busy, it's pointless to wait. But they are great. read more
